Over the past 100 years thousands of people have disappeared without a trace. Their families gave up hope and moved on, and even the police stopped looking. Nobody thought that they'd ever return, until they did.
Four thousand people magically appeared near a lake in Michigan. What had appeared to be a comment stopped right above the lake, and dropped thousands of people of all ages from all around the world. They hadn't aged, they were still in the clothes, they were exactly the same way they had been when they disappeared. The government quickly took them in and tried to keep it quiet, but the world already knew.
The ones who reappeared want to be free and they will try. They soon discover that they have powers- and they will use them.
Rules:
