"You know.. Holding your hand makes me feel good." Soetsu quietly nodded with a still smile. He could say the same for himself, really. He was being a little cautious too, looking out at the ground ahead if he saw Kiyoko wasn't looking. Just in case, really. He didn't really want her to fall again.

Soetsu wasn't getting all that tired, but he yawned anyways. He tended to yawn a lot, it was a thing that happened a lot and he didn't really mind. "Yeah, me too." He said then, finally replying to what she said last. He glanced at Rei when he fell, frowning slightly. That makes for two falls today.

Kiyoko didn't have anything to say, so she just left it quiet. She kept on mentally playing songs though, mostly just the same songs over and over again, but she didn't hum or anything. At least she thought shw wasn't for awhile, until she started to hum 'Sad Machine' to herself quietly. She was totally unaware she was humming the tune, she was just looking at the ground to keep herself from not falling again.

"What do you like and dislike?" Kiyoko asked softly after she hummed the song to herself, and she looked over to Soetsu. She just felt like it has gotten a bit too quiet. She tightened her grip on Soetsu's hand by a bit as she continued going forward. She became curious about Soetsu, she didn't know why but she just did, which is why she asked the question. She wanted to know more about him.

Soetsu looked over at her when she started to hum, but he didn't say or do anything still. He quietly looked off into the forest, appreciating the silence while it lasted.
"What do you like and dislike?" Kiyoko then asked, which Soetsu responded with a small hum. "I like.. Albino animals. And deer. And I don't really like the smell of oil." He answered with a small shrug. He also liked taking long, cold walks, and somewhat disliked bright lights and flashing neons. Mostly, that was why he choose to stay in Essen when he saw the gate opened. It smelled worse there, like oil, but he was fine with it in the end. It was more of a pet peeve. "You?" He was considerably curious about Kiyoko, so he just threw the question back at her.

Kiyoko thought for a moment. "Well I like flowers, cats and other small animals, and jokes. And don't really like it when I can't remember something or people who think everything shoyld be perfect just for them." she replied, fluffing up the scarf with her free hand. Her father was the perfectionist of the family quote unquote, 'Me and your mother are perfect. You're just a bad kid.' is what he said to her every time she came home from school. She did all she could to please them, but realized that she can't. That's just how they are.

She sighed, letting a puff of air go past her lips, and closed her eyes for a few seconds. When she opened them, she pretended like her past never happened, and that she had a good life. My mother and father are nice. My friends are great and supportive... No they weren't liar. she thought to herself, shaking out the thought. She looked at Soetsu and relaxed herself from her anger towards her parents, and rubbed her eyes.

Asami rolled her eyes at how quickly Ayuka had turned the conversation back on her, but despite being mildly annoyed, there was still a small smile on her face. "What makes you think I like someone?" she asked, raising an eyebrow as she continued to drag Ayuka along, doing her best not to let them drag behind - the last think she needed right now whas for Kaoru to yell at he again. He already seemed to be ticked off at her enough. "And besides," she continued, using a free hand to swipe her hair away from her face. "In terms you understand, I do not have a crush on Taiga." After she had said that out loud, she realized her blunder, and her face turned red. Not just any red though, bright red.

Not this again! Asami could be the best lier when it came to missions and sometimes even when she was feeling down, and then sometimes she could be so god-awful that it was painful to watch. Fighting the urge to hit herself in the face, she slightly glared at Ayuka. "You. Tell. No-one." she growled slightly, only because she was really embarrassed. The brunette couldn't keep lying to herself anyways - it was about time she had accepted it. Asami had liked Taiga. She liked everything about him! His silent demeanor, his low voice, the way he had looked at her, as if she was the only person that mattered... 'Geez, I'm in it deep...' she thought to herself almost reflexively.

Taiga shuffled along with the group, he found his pace quickening to the point that he was almost going ahead of the group but in his defence, anyone would have wanted to get away from the annoying Hiroki who refused to stop following him. He tried to keep his calm but with each step he took the anger only built up more what is with this guy? he questioned himself, lowering his head to face the ground so he could take in a deep breath to suppress the urge to hit Hiroki.

Being taller than most members of the rebellion Hiroki only needed to take fewer steps to catch up to the boy, proving Taiga's efforts to be completely futile "Don't go so fast Tai, you'll end up falling over." he warned him, a smirk came onto his face as he found the situation quite humorous. It was so obvious Taiga was trying to ignore him which showed he was growing angry, this had the opposite effect of what the smaller boy had wanted, Hiro began to find teasing him more enjoyable and encouraged him to keep doing it.
He leant his face down and peered into Taiga's face with a carefree smile in order to agitate him more "Hey. Why do you still carry 'that' around?" Hiro questioned, pointing to the black bird that was still perched on his shoulder "It's so dull. Oh! Does it do tricks?", clapping his hands frantically the annoying man kept questioning the black haired boy like a police officer interrogating the criminal.

Finally moving his gaze over to the man, Taiga simply gave him a glare to show he disapproved of his actions "Leave me alone." he mumbled quietly, trying not to let out any of his anger. Souchi didn't seem to appreciate his words either.
"Don't act so cold I was only wanting to check on my best bud." Hiroki retorted, placing his hand on Taiga's head and ruffling his hair up again after it had just been fixed. Hiro went closer to Souchi "Didn't expect you to still have this dumb bird." he spat at the bird but managed to pull away before a violent peck came his way.

Come on Taiga, break for me. I crave your anger so just let it out already, although it is fun to watch you squirming in that little head of yours. He smirked once again at the thought. "Just go. I haven't got anything you want." Hiroki stepped back at his words, placing a finger onto his chin [color=42647F]You should've just got angry with the teasing. Putting this on yourself like this, I feel bad for you.[/color] He stopped walking for a moment and let Taiga get ahead of him a little "Indeed a stupid bird. No wonder hes name after your brother, useless." with those words, he could tell that it would eat away at the boy instantly.

Taiga stopped in his tracks after hearing the words, he tightly clenched his fists and looked at the floor before Souchi flew off of his shoulder and Taiga glanced over his shoulder with an intimidating glare upon his face "I'll kill you." he growled, instantly twisting around to throw a punch at Hiroki although because of the distance Hiro had allowed, it gave him time to bring up one of his frames, sending Taiga's powerful attack straight back into his own face.
Hiroki let out a relieved sigh after being able to complete his 'achievement', he looked directly at the growling boy "You're so fun to play with Tai. We should do this again sometime." he laughed before walking off to find someone else to annoy.
Taiga was left with a bright red mark across his face and a bloody nose from his own punch.

Asami had been focused on Ayuka because of her embarrassment, but she saw movement happening up ahead of them, so she turned her head just in time to see Taiga stumble away from Hiroki holding his nose. Uh oh. Protective instincts immediately welled up her chest, and she looked to Ayuka, prying herself away from the girl. "Please cover for me!" she said, ducking away between the people before Ayuka could even have a chance to respond. She could understand, right? Of course! Asami felt kind of guilty for shoving that on her, but she had to check to see if Taiga was okay. The brunette did her best to make sure that she was taking out if Kaoru's sight - she had already heard enough berating from their leader today, and she didn't have the attention span to listen to another one of his lectures. Besides, Kaoru seemed to be preoccupied with Rei at the moment. 'Hypocrite...' she thought, rolling her eyes slightly. She was still a bit sore from his speech from earlier, even if she knew he was mostly right. "Taiga - I saw you stumble, are you-" she cut herself off when she saw blood dripping from between his fingers as he held his nose. Her breath caught in her throat as she looked to him in concern. "Oh my god, are you okay?!" she asked, her voice betraying her worry as she held out her handkerchief to him after pulling it from her bag.
