Taiga loosened his grip on her so she could pull back from his grasp, his blue eyes met with her sparkling purple orbs, it didn't take long for his cheeks to heat up once again as he began to fight to hold himself back from smothering her.
"You also need medical attention! I don't want to see you hurting either." she said to him, Taiga couldn't stop himself from smiling at her loving words. How on earth did I get this lucky? he thought to himself, the smile still plastered on his face as he stroked the cheek he had kissed not so long ago with his finger "I'll be fine. Somehow I feel invincible around you." he let out a small laugh after she had reminded him that he was in fact injured himself "Besides..It's only a few minor cuts and bruises, I think.." Taiga tried to comfort her, he hadn't bothered to check his injuries so he wasn't aware of the extent of them. "Let's go get that wound looked at properly first." he calmly suggested to Asami.

Taiga pulled away from Asami slightly in order to lift himself up, using the wall to get back onto his feet. At first his legs were shaky and wobbled like a newborn deer but he held out a hand to the brown haired beauty in front of him, offering to help her up so they could both get some rest now they were aware of each other being alive. I'll worry about Hiroki later. What matters right now is Asami.
He hoped they wouldn't bump into the tall brunette just in case he wanted to play one of his violent little games again, Taiga wasn't willing to almost break his nose again or listen to his disturbingly chipper voice.

They were obviously on the same track. He was so kind and loving, and Asami grinned like an idiot as she looked up to him. She felt as though she was the lucky one. Chuckling at his sweet comment, she leaned into his touch as she spoke. "Pbfft, please get looked at though. For me?" she asked, looking up at him. "My wound may be more pressing, but I still want to make sure that you're truly okay..." She grabbed his hand as he pulled her up, relying on him as well as her own strength, to stand. They were a bit wobbly at first, but somehow, they both managed to stay standing. "Hah, my legs feel weak when I'm around you~!" she teased, grinning up at him again before linking their arms, gently pressing into him so that they wouldn't hurt eachother on accident.

Asami was persistent in requesting for him to get his injuries looked at but he understood that is was due to her worrying over him, although the feeling of being cared for was weird to Taiga, it put him in a constantly good mood, unlike when he was only caring for himself and Souchi.
He pulled her up and into his arms, he held onto her to keep her stable as well as himself. Taiga smiled at her comment as their arms were linked, allowing them to keep their balance whilst preventing any further injuries from accidents, he looked down to Asami and rolled his eyes "I suppose if it's for you...I'll get myself checked." he said quietly, not wanting to sound too soppy although he had realised that he already broke that point a while ago.

Taiga went to take a step and almost instantly fell over with his wobbly legs but with Asami beside him, he was able to keep himself stable and stop himself from face planting the floor "I guess there's no excuses for not getting looked out now is there?" he laughed nervously, ruffling his messy black hair before taking another step with less difficulty.

Hiroki had taken some time to change his bloodied clothes, replacing them with fresh new ones which made him look so much more appealing than he previously did. He skipped around the headquarters curiously searching for Taiga, he had to be in the headquarters already.
Hiro looked around a corner, acting as if he was in some form of spy movie, his childish mind seemed to think of the predicament as a game of hide and seek.

Gazing at the crowd, there was no sign of his 'waldo' but it wasn't long before he caught a glimpse of the boy's pure black hair, he was about to run over but then he noticed the smaller figure beside him. Asami. The smile suddenly disappeared from his face and was replaced with a dark expression "My toy. You can't take my toy." he growled under his breath, holding his body against the wall "You can't..." Hiro continued to mumble to himself before his crazy smile once again returned to his face.
"Let's play a game." he giggled, biting down hard on his finger to stop himself from laughing too loud.

True, she was harping on him a bit, but she noticed every single grimace and scratch and bruise. Asami was worried about him in a way that she had never truly worried about anyone before. Of course, the brunette oftener referred to herself as the 'good cop' to hers and Kaoru's 'good cop, bad cop' act, and she cared about all rebellion members. Still, this past mission has made her realize something crucial, and that was that she loved Taiga. A fresh smile broke out on her face as he aquiesced to her request, and she hugged his arm a bit more. "Thank you - I appreciate it." she said as they stood, still urging her tired legs to move despite their protest.

When Taiga tripped trying to take his first step forward, she gasped, immediately looking to him in worry as he corrected himself. Sending the brunette a sheepish smile, Asami laughed brightly, holding her free hand against her heart as she sighed. "You think?" she asked, grinning. "Oh my gosh, you gave me a heart attack!" She gently started to walk, realizing that they were both exhausted rather quickly.

Countless useless arguments and a lot of excruciating pain later, Taiyou had managed to pull the arrow out of his shoulder, much to Tsuki's displeasure. He breathed hard, waiting for the pain to subside as Tsuki carefully bandaged him up. He sighed and wiped the sweat from his brow, then leaned back in waiting. No words were exchanged between them. The siblings knew each other well enough to know how worried the other was for them.

Once completely bandaged, Taiyou stood. He was ready to get on the move again. "The Rebellion shouldn't be far from here. We just need to keep heading north." Taiyou said to his sister. "How do you know that?" Taiyou turned and blinked at her. He had told her this many times before but his clueless sister always found a way to forget. "Helia. The angel in my head. Any of this ringing a bell up there?" He lightly flicked her forehead. He chuckled when she pouted at him before turning and walking out of the cave. "Let's get moving Ki. The sooner we reach the Rebellion, the sooner I can assure that you're safe." From that demon... He added that last part to himself in his head. "Yea yea. Let's go Tai." Taiyou smiled down at her before the two of them walked back out into the forest, heading straight to Rebellion HQ.

Tsuki hated having to watch her brother pull out the arrow. She begged for him toleave it in and wait causing many pointless arguments to break out. Really she didn't have to watch, she just couldn't look away. Weird right? As soon as it came out she ran over to him with the bandages from their bags and began to wrap it up as carefully as she could. She wasn't really good at it and hoped that they'd find some sort of medic soon. She stayed quiet though for no words were needed. For her brother knew how much she cared and knew in return.

"Phew...All done!" Tsuki smiled as she got up and placed the remaining roll of bandages back in their bag. She zipped it up and swung it onto her shoulder just as Taiyou spoke again. She walked up beside him, a confused expression on her face. "How do you know that?" She tilted her head cutely to the side as she waited for his answer. "Helia. The angel in my head. Any of this ringing a bell up here?" Tsuki watched as his fingers flicked her forehead softly. She rubbed the area he flicked, a pout settling on her face. She smiled and watched him walk out. When he said it was time to go, Tsuki's smile broadened a bit as she ran over and linked her arm with his. He was always talking about keeping her safe and she loved him for it, but sometimes his words got repetitive. "Yea, yea. Let's go Tai." She nudged him and walked out into the forest with him. I wonder if the Rebellion will accept us...

Taiga felt slightly bad for scaring her with his trip but at the same time it was oddly amusing, he followed her footsteps closely to make ensure they were walking at the same speed in order to reduce any more little trips. He lifted his head up for a moment, after the feeling of being watched by someone, out of the corner of his eye there was a flicker of brown hair going round a corner. What on earth was that? he questioned himself for a moment, looking the same direction for a few moments before returning to walking towards the infirmary with Asami.

With each step he took, he began to start feeling the effects of the pain "Urgh." he grunted, his walking had at some point turned to shuffling but at least they were still moving.
As soon as they entered the infirmary, Taiga collapsed onto the nearest free bed and just lay there for a few moments to get a little energy back before he forced himself to sit up, looking at Asami with his sleepy grin, his gaze fell to the jacket he had given to her "I think it's time you get some real treatment." he chuckled, returning his gaze to her face. Being away from her. Not knowing if she was alive, it was agonizing. Taiga wanted to make sure he cherished every moment with Asami as much as he could from now onwards. I suppose this is one of the feelings of...love...
As much as he thought about things, he couldn't get the thought of the brown hair he had seen earlier out of his head. It resembled Hiroki's but the annoying chipper guy would've approached him, he always does. So why wouldn't he?

Hiroki took another peek around the corner, his gaze almost met with Taiga's but he moved away just in time "Play, play, play." he repeated to himself, drawing a small amount of blood from his finger after biting down on it. He removed his finger from his mouth and stared at it for a while "Hehe. I'll get my toy back." he giggled, licking his finger clean before he watched it drip once again.
"It's playtime. I need to get my toy back. I have to get him back. Naughty children who steal need to be...." Hiro paused for a moment, only just holding in his laughter "..Punished." he whispered to himself so the surrounding people wouldn't hear what he was really thinking as he spoke his thoughts out loud.

In the end, Sato had ended up going to the headquarters after everyone arrived. It would be easier to explain. Slipping into the building, the informant decided to blend in and act like he'd been there the entire time. At first, he didn't believe it - mint green hair, pristine white uniform. He stood still for a moment, staring. His sunglasses were on, an unlit cigarette sitting between his fingers. Rather than looking like a creep and staring at her, he walked over to her - Judel.

"Judel, is it? It's been a long time since I saw you." Hisato murmured, standing beside her. He kept the sunglasses on, hoping that maybe this could be a game, see how much Judel remembered about her old playmate. Instead of smoking the stick of tobacco, he stuck it behind his ear. 'I hadn't thought I would see her ever again. Not since we split ways,' he thought, hands sticking in the pockets of his pants.
