Star looked around her house before she growled and walked outside. Something about this day was not going to be good. At all. The girl glanced around before she changed to her wolf. She knew it was risky but around her house she made sure to human proof it. She didn't want any bullets to be shot at her. She sniffed the air before walking into the woods. She could spend all day out here but sadly she only had a bit to run.

After her run she walked back into her house and put on a blue shirt and a pair of jeans. She put on black high heeled boots and walked out. She walked to the square right before she saw a girl run into her alpha and growled to herself before she walked over. She need to speak with Canon and she needed him in a good mood. She heard a girl demand something of her alpha and her temper came out. "Who do you think you're talking to?" She looked at the girl in the eye.

Even though Star was only 5'2 with her boots she was about 5'5. Her blonde hair was pulled into a bun after her run and her bi colored eyes glared at the girl. No one talked to the alpha that way and the way she saw it she was saving the girl from getting eaten.

Darion growled softly when he found no one on guard duty around the perimeter of the compound. He shifted back to his human form and walked through the compound to his own home which set far enough off from the other houses in the compound but was easily the most elegant home in the area. His home bordered the woods and had a stream cutting across the front yard. The stream actually had carved its way through his living room and bedroom. Silently the delta male unlocked his door then slipped inside locking it behind him. Part of him wanted to go into the bedroom and curl up in the huge canopied four poster bed but he had things he needed to do first. One of those things was to count the cash from the previous night and get it put into the bank in the club's account. After going to his office and counting up the cash he settled down and made sure to add the tally to the books. He was pleased as he looked at how well the club was doing. Finally after doing the paperwork and making sure his books were straight Darion went to his massive bedroom and went through his clothes grabbing a pair of dark grey jeans and a light blue shirt that of course would make him look like a true southern gentleman then went and took a shower dressing effortlessly then sat down on the side of the bed and slipping his feet into a pair of boots and finishing his look by brushing his long hair and pulling it into a planters knot at the back of his head. He slipped a couple rings on his right hand slid his wallet in his right hip pocket and his keys in the right front. He walked back to his office and gathered the cash from the night before then put it in a zippered bank bag and headed out again pausing only long enough to lock up.

(wanted to add that the compound in my posts is the area where the pack has their houses built.Its close enough to the town where the pack doesnt need a car to get from the compound to the town and back)

The light crunch of leaves was all that could be interpreted as another creature's presence under the sheltering canopy of the forest. It would pause, and the screech of a bird was cut short as a black wolf leaped and caught it between her jaws, death soon enveloping it. Giving a small growl, the canine set it down, shaking out her ruffled fur before eating it in a few swift bites. Her emerald eyes were wide, wild, no hint of human emotion. That is, until the bird was finished. The wolf slowly gained a realization, it's form shimmering ever so slightly. A small crack and pop, and no longer was there a wolf, but a human girl, staring at her hands like they had just grown extra fingers. Curing herself under her breath, she stood shakily, heading back through the woods, not really aiming to go anywhere, simply walking, a dull look in her eyes.

The male was slow to awaken but he eventually opened his eyes to the new day. Erik groaned and rubbed his face before he got out of bed. He pulled on a t-shirt and jeans before he looked out his bedroom window. Everything seemed pretty calm but he could sense his alpha was out of the compound. He smiled at the fact. His alpha was tough and probably needed his mother to tell him off but Erik couldn't deny the effectiveness of the man. Erik yawned and stretched his arms above his head before he put on his shoes. He needed to get out and do something today. He made his way out the door and down the street.

The omega yawned as she paced around her small room. Although she didn't like to be such a degrading rank, she was glad for the pack's protection. She was glad that she was finally safe. Secret was dressed in a t-shirt and some leggings before she left her small home. She wove her way through the compound and made a few wrong turns through the maze of houses, landing her back at her own home. She let out a small groan and crossed her arms. Why did the pack have to live in compound? She felt trapped by the whole situation and had to calm herself down. "I am safe here. I'm safe from them." she repeated the thought over and over and decided to try to make her way out of the compound again.

Canon turned to the girl (Kaliska) slowly and threateningly. He towered over her, glaring. He did simply that and then turned and paced away quickly, glancing back at Nyx again.

Nyx and Anne turned to Jessica. "Hi Jess." Nyx said politely. "Hey girl." Anne said. "Did you see the way he was looking at her Jess?" Anne asked. "It was like he was going to flay her alive!" she went on. Nyx fidgeted. "Way to make me feel better Anne." she murmured.

MacKenzie looked at her watch and realized that her shift at the cafe was just about to start. She walked a bit faster, but not in any rush. The owner was out for the week so she was in charge of opening; it wasn't a popular cafe so no one was waiting for her. She finally got to the glass doors of the Crescent Cafe and opened them, flipping the closed sign to open. She turned on the lights, headed to the counter and started turning on the machines. Then, once everything was ready, she took a blueberry muffin from the case, heated it up and made herself a hot chocolate with extra whip cream. MacKenzie sat down at one of the tables and waited for a customer as she ate her breakfast.

Nathan adjusted his bag on his right shoulder and re-gripped his guitar case. He 1 block away from the farmers market and needed to get an open spot to play. Unlike last week when he had to preform in the middle of the market, being bumped into a lot, along with his guitar- almost being knocked down, twice. This time, he didn't bring his ukulele so he could pay more attention to his guitar. He arrived at the market to see Anne, Nyx and Jess talking. He walked over to them, to say a quick hello before finding a good spot to play. "Hey guys." He began. "What's up?"

Star frowned as she looked around the gathering and slipped out she followed Canon. "Alpha canon." She called out to him. She needed him in a good mood for what she was going to ask him and she prayed he was. Or else she was not going to get get what he hoped for.

Canon growled back at her. "What do you want?" He was after all, not in a good moon. He was irritable and something about that girl that bumped into him put him on edge. He was trying to prepare for the full moon tomight when the pack would gather at his call and run together through the woods, hunting but his mind kept flicking back to the girl. She wasn't even attractive to his standards so what was wrong?

Nyx saw someone she didn't know. Anne knew the boy to be Nathan. "Nyx, meet Nathan. Nathan, this is Nyx. And you already know each other right Jessica." So this was Nathan. Anne talked about him a lot. How was Anne so confident? Nyx blushed as her hair fell over her eyes. She squeaked a "hello" and hid halfway behind Anne. "Sorry. She's unbelievably shy." she said to Nathan. Suddenly a customer arrived. Nyx shiffled away to help him, glad to get away from the conversation. "Will that be all?" she asked very quietly as he picked out his greens. He looked odd. She had seen a lot of eccentric people at the market but this man was like a dagger. Sharp and dangerous looking. He pulled his hood up farther to cover his face as he paid for his groceries and left. Her curious gaze followed him away.

Axl finished his workout and headed to the market to buy his groceries for the week. He stopped by a stand with people talking by it in his sweatpants and a t-shirt. "S'cuse me." he said in a deep, raspy voice. A slight girl with dark hair ran over to help him. She blushed a lot and was very shy. He would think it was cute but he liked confident girls. Someone to suit his loner tendencies. He finished buying his items and let out a gruff "thanks" as he left.

She growled at her alpha. "You don't need to growl at me." She said before looking at the ground and back to him. Now or never.. "Tomorrow is the full moon and I propose a challenge for my rank to move up. I want to challenge the beta female." She said looking at him. She spoke through a calm voice.

Canon was angry that she had talked back to him like that. He grabbed her arm forcefully. "First off: you will not talk to your Alpha that way. Second: challenge her. It isn't my decision. I just have to deal with whoever wins." He gave her arm one last squeeze, drawing blood, before he turned and left, his anger leaving a trail.
