Although it was rather confusing, he understood exactly what she meant. He nodded and replied, "I understand how you feel." Toulouse wasn't quite sure what else to say besides that. He was extremely confused himself. The plague of insects buzzed outside as he tried to interrupt them with a sigh.

((Yes, the bugs will be gone soon but I wanted them to stay a bit longer to exaggerate the situation. I thought the decline in their numbers should be gradual for this purpose as well. I guess there should just be a lot less left in the morning. Anyway, Holly and Esmeralda are open
