William was slightly irritated that he couldn't get away before someone noticed. He decided that if this boy was telling the truth, then he'd be useful, and Will would keep an close eye on him in case he wasn't. "Sure, you can come along with me but you have to show me you've got the stuff so your first task as my partner is her." William pointed at the girl. This would be a perfect proving ground. If he didn't kill her, William would kill them both. If he did, then he could tag along with Will.

He grinned wickedly and turned to face the girl in the shadows. He shifted to a large dragon and roared, breathing fire in her direction

Taren sent forth shadows , the darkness licked and devoured the flames. Tarens shadows smothered abilities and she sent them running towards Lux.

William watched, moving himself to a safe distance. All the people nearby screamed in horror and fled. *Good.* he thought to himself, *At least no one will get hurt by this battle. Except maybe me.*

He shifty sunk down into the ground and waited. He shifted to a light dragon and came up from the ground. His scales and body shone like the sun.

"Talitha." She said. More and more Talitha relaxed, the guy didn't seem to want to kill her and that was a nice change from the usual. Suddenly Talitha remembered, hr hood. Quickly, she checked to see if it was on. It was. She didn't need to have him asking questions about her oddly colored streak. "So, who are you hiding from and why?" She asked, casually.
