If he were not used to being on the run from authority figures by now, then he would certainty be having some kind of breakdown right now. Thankfully, he was uncomfortably used to being on the run from authority figures- though the stakes were significantly higher in this situation than they may have once been. Still, he was saddened by the fact that he had to leave the library. It was the first place he was feeling truly safe in for quite some time, and leaving it made him feel vulnerable. Not like he could focus on that right now- the main priority was moving onwards. He rarely wore hoodies or anything like that, but he decided to make an exception, just this once- the hood helps him hide his face, even more than his scarf does. He carries a few supplies with him, a bag slung over his shoulder; his sword, water, books, the essentials. He didn't really need a torch, as he was already bio-luminescent as part of the experiments, but he took one anyway. At this point, he was in the abandoned outskirts of the city, silently weaving through rubble-carpeted alleyways and decrepit buildings, looking for some place that he could hide in without much trouble.

Something tells him it's going to be harder than he hopes to find it.

King of the shadows you could say, Cedric here has a way with darkness, he can manipulate shadows and can disappear in the dark(not invisible, just blends himself to a shadow) this power also includes a special little 'package' called the darkness dimension, this one is pretty grim, but useful if you don't really care about scarring your enemies for life. Instead of beating bad guys into submission, he can toss them into the darkness dimension where they're faced with their own mortality and ultimate nothingness, only to bring them back emotionally and psychologically stunted. Since he is connected with this dimension, it causes him nightmares and extreme visions.
Personality
Cedric is reserved and quiet, he hardly ever speaks up and likes to stay in the shadows, but if you grow close to him or act in a kind way despite his rather frightening look and power, he will befriend you and open up to you. Cedric has nightmares quite often and suffers from insomnia, he's usually pretty grumpy due to lack of sleep and won't hesitate to snap at you if you bother him to much. Cedric's attitude may be foul but he is really a nice and kind person who would do anything to protect the ones he loves. When he's around friends, he can actually be quite a funny guy and loves to tease/make sarcastic comments.
How Family died
In an arson attack. His home burned down trapping them inside, and leaving him with a large burn scar on his neck.
History
As a young boy, Cedric lived in a rather well off family, they had plenty of food, money, clothes. As Cedric grew older, he noticed he was losing the ability to see during the day but at night...(70% blind) At night, Cedric's eyes are brilliant, he can see very clearly and this started to bother him. Why was that.. Then, on his fifteenth birthday, Cedric's true powers revealed themselves, his family decided to protect him but only about a month or two later, they had all died in a mysterious fire that had been started. Now he lives his life on the run, and hiding in the shadows.

Rose looked at Savannah "Someone's near by? How can you tell? Can you also tell how close?" Rose questioned her. She walked back toward Savannah and picked up Ren still cautious of the girl.

Talitha walked quickly and quietly down the sidewalk, her black hood covering her unusual blue streak. She almost always wore this hoodie as it completely concealed the streak. Suddenly she halted in front of a dark alleyway. Talitha looked both ways before walking in. Once well into the alley, she put her back against the wall and slid slowly down, sighing. She was pretty tired and ready to sleep.

Azrael eventually finds himself in an alleyway. It seems safe enough- or, well, seemed safe, before he spotted someone else in a corner, seemingly tired. He freezes in place, hoping that he wasn't noticed. The last thing he wants right now is a confrontation.
