Her face lit up like a light and she continued to smile. She followed him to the nearby surf shop that seemed to have more than just surf boards. It also had items like jewelry, seashells, sunglasses, and all sorts of cool other things. Looking around the place she found a pretty beaded necklace with a blue crystal and shark tooth as a charm and picked it up, holding it to her neck and turning towards him. "How does it look?"

Watching as she ran off to throw something away he took this chance to stick his surf board into the sand so it stood up. "Yeah, surfing is a big hobby of mine." he replied, once she returned. "Alexander. It's very nice to meet you Alexis." he added, smiling warmly.

"it is very nice to meet you alexander! surfing sounds like so much fun, but i would probably hurt myself really bad. i have never surfed in my life. and i'm twenty one." she giggled softly and then examined his cool looking board. "that's a pretty board though." she said lightly as she looked at him.

the boy turned around and smiled softly. "it accents you skin really well." he said and then grabbed a black board with red accents to it. he took it to the window and paid the man for it and then paid for the necklace coraline held up. he walked over to her and smiled. "keep it." he said and then added "i bought it for you. i hope you do not mind."

Her cheeks turned slightly pink and she looked down. She was about to put the necklace back down as she had left her money at home but then heard him. "Really? Thank you!" she thanked excitedly. Due to over excitement she hugged him but quickly jumped back as she had realized what she had done. "Oh.. s-sorry... I guess I.. got a b-bit.. too excited." she stuttered, scratching the back of her head in embarrassment and her cheeks were also slightly pink.

"Well.. it'll hurt if you don't know what you're doing. I've been surfing since I was about six and learned myself." he said, a small smile on his face as he spoke. He giggled as she mentioned his board and he looked back at it for a moment and then looked back at her. "I made it myself."

"really?! oh wow it is so cool!" she said with an excited tone as she moved closer to the board examining each inch of it. "it is really nice the wood you used is thick, the paint that it has on it is hard to find where i live, but amazing paint job too." she said with a very sophisticated tone behind her voice. she then giggled, taking away from the seriousness.

the boy laughed and placed his hand on her shoulder. "don't worry it happens all the time. i get mistake for people from behind and i get hugged light crazy. but that was a nice hug." he said and then headed towards the edge of the beach close to the water. he took off his shirt that he had put back on at the pool and tossed it to the side. he sat down in the sand and took the wax the man at the surf shop gave him and started to wax his board.

'A.. nice hug?' she pondered to herself for a moment, looking up at him as he ran to the shore. Following close behind him she hopped into the water after putting on the necklace that he bought. She leaped on to her board and began to paddle out deeper into the water, swimming under each wave that approached as she waited for him.

He listened to her and watched as she inspected his board. "Thanks." he said, smiling while slightly embarrassed as he usually didn't get complimented.

the girl giggled and said "you seem have an awkward smile upon your lips. never heard anyone say that before?" she then yawned softly and looked at him with light eyes. he was handsome. his features were really flawless to her.

he finished waxing his board and smiled softly. heading out into the open water, he yawned softly. paddling out to where coraline was, he turned to see the sun starting to set. "a beautiful view." he spoke with a light voice. he then grabbed his phone, which was water proof, and took a picture of the sun setting.

She looked at the sunset and smiled warmly, the sun making her hair shine a brighter color. "It is pretty..." she said silently. She kept a close eye on the waves as she didn't want either of them to get knocked down.

He scratched the back of his head in embarrassment that he was practically see through by the way he acted. "No.. not many people take interest and I don't get many compliments.." he murmured, a small blush on his cheeks. "Especially not from pretty girls." he said it before he realized it and his cheeks turned even pinker.

markus looked at waves and yawned softly. he paddled strongly and looked up. a large wave was headed his way. smiling, he turned around and felt the wave start to pick up his board. starting to stand up on it, he just stood there, going with the wave. yawning lightly, he looked at coraline.

She giggled and dove under the wave, finding it to be not big enough for her. After his wave came a larger one, making her smile. As the wave began to push her she quickly stood up and balanced herself out with her arms, beginning to do tricks and cool turns.

"O-Oh.. it's alright.. It's my fault for being so sensitive and weird..." he said, giggling silently. He too looked down but kept his gaze on her.
