"Mademoiselle Noiro?" Ignace gives Astral a quick once over.
"I do not see the resemblance." He deadpans. For starters, Locke was a decent maid, and not entirely annoying. This kid on the other hand...Well, let's just say, if Ignace had the right he'd hang him from the ceiling. Which would be very amusing. Ignace has no patience for people at all at any time ever.
"But I cannot deny a guest the right to stay in the manor...Unfortunately. There are extra servants quarters. You may stay in the empty room across from Miss Noiro." Why doesn't Ignace suggest an actual guest room? Because he doesn't want to, that's why.
(Who
isn't secretly afraid of Iggy?)

The Zielinski financial records are something of a maze to look through. You've heard of old money? Well this is
really old money. There were enough immortal-types in the Zielinski bloodlines to run through a millennium, so no surprise a good amount of the funds had been gathered over the years. In the past century, though, funds had come from the Industrial Revolution, where the family was in ownership of a handful of textile mills nearby. When the economy fell, they lost the mills, but the funds gained from them still remained. Over the years funds came in regularly from various family members who sent in a portion of their income to a family fund, which was then used to pay off various family resources, such as the manor.
