Max frowned, then let go of her arm and took a step back. Though he should have been satisfied with the answer she gave, he could only concentrate on the fact that she called herself a robot. What kind of negative connotation was that? "Huh? A robot? Why would you call yourself that? Oh, and my name is Max Kaneshiro by the way."

Hikari

Hikari froze in her tracks, her blood running ice cold. Her mouth dropped open and she cautiously backed away from the stranger. It was cool outside, and the trees were casting dark shadows that were sure to hinder her powers if she were to use them. Her fingers crept closer to the sword resting at her hip, her usually friendly attitude quickly becoming hostile. Her worst fears were coming to life, and she couldn't believe she had been careless enough to walk straight into the path of a burnt out star. "S-sorry. I have to go," she muttered.

Kuki:

Kuki tilted her head again still confused. "Everyone calls me a robot so why not. People don't usually pay much attention to me unless they hear me talk so I keep my mouth shut and continue on with my day. No one is used to someone that has no emotions at all not even any of you." Kuki had already accepted the fact that she was different then everyone its not like there was someone out there that had no emotions like her or at least she didn't think she had emotions.

Opal
Opal listened to Kuki and Max. "Um... I'll just... Go now..."

Aria
"No you don't." She looked straight into Hikari's eyes and as she tried to use her power, Aria's eyes began to turn pure black. "Why isn't this working?"

Max

Max shook his head, unable to believe that Kuki had no emotions whatsoever. "No, that's not possible. You have to be able to feel something. If you didn't, then you wouldn't be fighting to keep your identity a secret, and you wouldn't be so afraid of dying." Upon hearing Opal's statement, he glanced at her. "Do you have anywhere to go, any friends you can ask to stay with?" He didn't particularly care if she did or she didn't, because that was just the type of person he was. But he supposed since they were both fallen stars, he could pretend to be interested in her well-being.

Hikari

Her eyes glazed over a bit, and despite her intense terror, she found her body relaxing slightly against her will. Why was it that she had to leave, exactly? Dazed, she blinked a couple of times as she peered into the darkening eyes of the burnt out star. The burnt out star... Realizing what was happening, she gathered up all of her energy to snap herself out of her trance-like state. Hikari tore her eyes away from the girl and shut them, a burning rage flowing through her veins. "Do not try to manipulate me, demon!" She hissed, drawing her sword from its sheathe in preparation to fight if she had to.

Opal
"No, I just... Why do you ask?" She titled her head slightly.

Akia
Aria grinned, and her eyes settled back to red. "My power is not of manipulation. And that sword is not very effective."

Kuki:

Kuki was still confused thats all she ever really was confused. "I don't know what you mean by that I don't know what being afraid is" she said. It was true she had emotions she just didn't understand them and she didn't understand them either. She also didn't show any emotions a lot especially when she first started talking to someone.

Stella looked at the girl. She me be back her swords scraping a rock making an awful noise. She didn't know what she got herself into. She looked the girl up and down. Her one question was why were people saying they were burnt out stars, or fallen stars. They could get killed. Stella saw the girls hostility. She lifted her sword for protection just in case of an attack.

Akia turned around at the sound of Stella's sword. "Oh, another intruder. How lovely." She smiled. "Another sword-weilder too. Like I said, those swords will not be useful."

Stella turned at the sound of a voice. She backed up into the girl behind her. She hated the. Being near others.

Max

He shrugged at Opal's question. "Oh, no reason in particular. I was just wondering."His disinterested tone went to show that he didn't much care anyway. Even if he had room in his apartment, he wouldn't go around offering the space to random strangers he met in a forest. However, that was information he kept to himself. In response to Kuki, he answered, "There is a difference between never experiencing fear and not knowing what fear is."

Hikari

She clenched her teeth together as her hands tightened around the hilt of her sword. How could this woman, no... this creature, dare to insinuate that her powers were not of manipulation when she literally just tried to control Hikari's actions against her will? "Excuse me? You were trying to influence my decision to leave without my consent for your own advantage, and unfairly too, considering I was not trying to start a fight. That is the exact definition of manipulation! Do not try to tell me otherwise!" Her fear had vanished, making way for pure anger. The fact that someone could control her with a single glance made her feel extremely vulnerable, and not to mention violated. She grimaced upon hearing the scrape of a sword against the ground that announced the arrival of a newcomer. She didn't dare to open her eyes to see who it was, for fear that Akia would try to hypnotize her once more. "Do not look into her eyes!" She warned the stranger simply, twirling the weapon around in her hands to test its weight. Hikari did not care if Akia believed her sword would not wound her. Just having the weapon resting in her hands made her feel powerful, invincible even.
