Rachel had no idea what just happened when the blacksmith suddenly took the paper out and threw it into the fire. She blinked few times as a nice, gentle breeze blew making her take a bit deeper breath to enjoy it.

" Wind? " Rachel asked, turning her head a bit. " Is that what that breeze was all about? " She asked looking around when the wind stopped blowing. Nice, I got wind power... What am I going to do with it??? Rachel wasn't too happy about her element, but she couldn't change it. Listening Igor out she turned and went straight to weapons.

Slowly walking to see all of them and not to miss even one Rachel notice twin daggers. They had sky blue handles and once she took one it was comfortable to hold, light and pretty easy to use. " Can I take these two please? " She grabbed the other one and came closer to Igor, showing him what she chose.

"Yeah, whatever you like. Is a gift from the town to repay your mission. Now, leave them over the table and put your hands like... two hands above them, please."

He moved to the table and with a smile he said:
"I love this part".
He took her hands with one of his, so she couldnt move her hands. Then he moved the candle slowly and some drops of the green candle fell over Rachel hands.
"I know, you are thinking Aaahh! It burns, let me go! but wait, look at your hands. Instead of pain or the hot wax, dont you feel like a cold drop of water fell on your hands? Well, look closely, look! This is some cool magic"

After the drops touched the hands, they started to sunk into them, really slow. After some seconds, the drops were inside the hands, they could be seen as a soft blue light going lower and lower, until the drops fell from the hands into the daggers.

"Well miss Kerro, that seals the magic. Now take care, as long as thosw daggers are in your hands, the magic will be working. You can leave now, please tell the next one to enter" said Igor, with a smile and small handshake.

Repay? But I didn't do anything yet... not sure if I will do anything at all... Rachel thought, chuckling to herself a bit before coming closer to Igor.

The young girl didn't trust blacksmith's smile at all. She was startled by his sudden action and was about to sink her teeth right into his hand, but decided to restrain herself. She wasn't scared of the wax at all, the real thing that worried her was what if this person throws the whole candle on her hands? Rachel observed as the wax fell right through her hands and right on the daggers. " I wouldn't say that it feels like water, more like a cold liquid... " Rachel quietly replied after everything was done, taking her brand new weapons.

Rachel nodded, turning around and leaving the room quietly. She looked at the rest of the kids and spoke. " Igor said that next one can go in... " Her voice tone wasn't as loud as before after all of the things she saw.

Mikaela let out a shaky sigh as the muscular man Igor led the 'strong-willed' kids over to his shop. Despite being the second person in line, he wasn't all too eager in going out on an adventure. But it wasn't like he could back down now, right?

As they reached Igor's shop, the group was informed to enter one at a time. The girl in front of him was first to go in, which simply meant that he was next to face whatever was in there. The wait was grueling, already tiring out the fourteen year old boy. Just as he was about to relax, the sound of the shop door opening made Mikaela jump in surprise. The girl that who was now exiting seemed to be alright, but that didn't sway Mika's thoughts on what he was going to do in there. As the girl spoke up, Mikaela wasted no time and scurried toward the door and went in, shutting it as swiftly as possible. In his successful attempt to pass the first girl, he noted the daggers, but of course said nothing about it. Shaking the thought out of his head, the blonde boy looked over in Igor's direction before slowly walking up to him, his expression still and slightly timid.
"..." Mikaela awaited to be instructed.

"Come in, blonde, dont be shy. I need you to tell me your name and age, and also..." Igor said, getting a jar under his desk full of paper sticks, then continued:
"Put one of these sticks on your mouth, one of the tip has to be under your tongue. Dont pay it too much attention, you will see what it does in a second."

While the kid did as instructed, Igor moved the iron on the fire, making sure it was bright red, and also added two logs to the fire.

Mika couldn't help but furrow his brows a bit when he told him not to be shy. Rubbing a finger over his the back of his pale hand, said boy spoke up, his eyes more of a downcast than anything else.
"M-Mikaela...fourteen..." He answered. The only time he looked up was when he was instructed to put a stick in his mouth. Mika arched a brow upward but still did what he was told, placing a stick inside of his mouth and directly under his tongue. Judging by his face, Mikaela was clearly annoyed, but didn't speak up about it, waiting as patiently as he could for Igor to do his 'thing'.

"Okay, dont give me that look! See, this is a special paper, look how it works." Igor took the paper stick with Mikaela's saliva and threw it into the fire, making a shhhhhhh sound as white clouds started to leave the fire to dissipate a second later.

"Thanks to that, now we know that your magic is water oriented. But for that to make a good enchantment... I know! As a gift from taking the mission, you will choose anything I made on this shop and take it for free, enchanted too! But from your magic being of water element... I can enchant you a helmet that would grant you the ability to breathe under water, or a sword that would change with the weather. For example, on a rainy day, your sword would temporaly grow at your will when you swing it, but on a dry land it would shrink. On a hot place, it would become an air blade, unable to block but very fast and so on. Im sure you can guess the rest of the combinations, you are all really smart at your young ages hahahaha!"

With a slap on his forehead he added:
"I almost forgot! You can choose any part of defensive gear, say a breastplate or even a pair of leather gloves, and I could enchant them with a healing spell. It could close small wounds and clean poison from your body!. Now thats all, its your turn to choose now, so choose wisely"

Mika let out a quiet groan as Igor sudden pulled the paper out of his mouth. But before he could comment about it, the sound of the fire dissipating as well as the steam rising made Mika blink in surprise. At first he thought it was the paper that made that happen, but was later told by Igor that it was probably him himself.

Now he was given a choice; choose between the helmet and the sword. In all honesty, the sword was much more versatile, while he could always just learn to hold his breath underwater. Nodding slowly at his thought process, Mikaela looked back at Igor, only to see him slap his forehead.
'Weirdo...' Was probably the only thing Mika could think of to sum up the blacksmith. Shaking his head to rid the rude thoughts, Mika opened his mouth to speak.
"U-Um, I think I'll take the ench-chanted sword...I-I could always learn to breathe u-underwater, r-right? And a p-pair of l-leather gloves w-would be more u-useful to e-everyone then...just my...m-myself..." Mika trailed off, realizing that he was begin to ramble. He did however want to know what Igor thought of his choices. "Wh-What do you...th-think?"

"Hahahaha! Relax, kid! You are expected to be a great hero! This gift is our trust and hopes, given to you in the shape of a weapon that I hope that makes your travel easier. Now pick a sword, any you want. I would choose a one handed sword, thought, so it can be controlled better. When you have it, put the sword over this table, and your hands over it, then we will enchant it."

Even if the kid was hard to understand some times, there was no doubt this kid would be his favorite for a long time

Mikaela pressed his lips together, his face slowly turning red. He felt oddly embarrassed, but couldn't figure out why. Instead he simply nodded and made his way through the assortment of swords. After a while of consideration, Mika settled on a single handed short sword, concluding that it looked the coolest and seemed fun. After taking it from it's casing, Mikaela couldn't help but furrow his brows at the weight.

Mika made his way over to the table and set the short sword down before putting his two pale hands over top said item.
"I-Is this o-okay?" He questioned, almost feeling a bit silly with the position he was in.
