..........Glacev started to hear more moaning and shuffling. That was not good because, as he usually did, he did not want to die. He heard most sounds coming from below, but a few from the upper levels as well. Going back up would mean fewer zombies, but... If they did hear him kill the other zombies and was coming after him, there would be zero escape routes except perhaps jumping off of the building, which he had no supplies to do that and survive, and they would almost surely follow him to the roof. He cursed quietly under his breath as he realized the trouble he had gotten himself into. Perhaps he could sound a car alarm or something to distract them... No, that would only make things worse by attracting more, and he'd still be stuck on the roof with no supplies, and speaking of supplies, his stomach was hurting from a lack of food and his throat was getting kind of dry. He decided that the only way to get out was to go to the bottom floor and try to find an exit that wasn't blocked by undead.

..........Glacev started to break out into a fast jog, caring less about the sound he made. Unfortnately, this made the groaning sound coming from ground level increase slightly. He probably should've still tried to move quietly, but it was too late now. He transitioned from a fast job to a sprint as he approached the 1st floor--ground level. There were three exits, two of which were blocked by a horde of zombies. He didn't stop to count, but there were about 7-12 of them. The last one, however, he could see that multiple zombies were on the street walking toward the garage. The walls did not have any openings he could jump out of like the upper floors, so he was forced to choose the one that didn't have a herd of zombies in at the moment. He sprinted for it, making it there before any of the slow, decayed creatures made it there. He immediately turned around and started heading the other way, which was toward one of the herds by the other entrances, but he didn't care because it was more deserted than the path that was in front of him. He raced down the road and didn't stop to catch his breath until he had put a couple blocks and a few buildings in the way of him and the garage. He noticed that the street was rather empty of undead at the current moment, and he was grateful for that. He made a note to himself not to make a stupid decision like camping somewhere with only one exit as he bend over, holding his knees as he regained his breath. When his heart beat was almost back to normal, he looked at his surroundings, which perhaps he should have done before.

......Glacev was in an alley, but he couldn't hear or see any signs that zombies were around at the present moment. He started walking again (away from the garage), saving his energy in case he had to run again. He hadn't exactly lived an athletic life, but he was at least used to it now that he had to run so often from zombies. The streets around him were clear of most zombies. He figured he would've seen at least one or two still on the streets; there was no way that he could've attracted like 1/10th of the city's ghastly population to the parking ramps with just a couple thuds, although perhaps his footsteps helped, but he decided it was unlikely. Another solution popped into his mind after another minute of walking: was there another person around here that was attracting them? He doubted it, but honestly he was hoping that there was. It had been a long while since he'd seen another human; he was almost sure that they were nearly extinct.

......Glacev, following his hope, started wandering the city looking for the culprit. It did not take long, however, to start hearing a group groaning. He couldn't see them, and instead of wandering toward them, he decided to find a fire escape he could use to climb to the roof. He found one close to where the groaning was coming from, though it was still out of sight from that position. He climbed onto a dumpster, which was not the most easy thing for him to do, and jumped for one of the hanging ladders. He had to swing his legs up to get a foothold because he didn't have enough upper body strength to just straight pull himself up. He climbed the ladders, looking in the windows as he passed them. He nearly fell backwards off the fire escape as he found that one of them had a zombie clawing at the window trying to get outside to him. He let out a small, startled choke, but it didn't seem to be getting out anytime soon, so he resumed climbing. When he got to the roof, he traveled over to the side where he heard moaning was coming from. He got on his knees so he wouldn't fall over the unprotected roof edge and peered at the road below. Surprisingly, he found himself pretty close to the source of the sound; just one building down the street. There appeared to be a person sitting on a semi, some zombies crowding around the sides trying to reach them. Glacev wanted to get his attention, but the roof was empty of things to throw, so he decided to shout since he didn't have any other options that came to his mind at the present moment. "Hey, uh, are you okay down there?" he said loudly, trying to keep his voice as quiet as possible but still making sure that the person could hear him. From the looks of things, they did not appear to be in very good shape because they appeared to be curled up in a ball. He just hoped that they weren't hostile, but he also didn't think a hostile person would be in this position. Well, at least probably not.
