"So, want me to introduce you to the world of Darkwood by: Breen? You might like it, I'll even read it to you." Advika randomly asked, getting the sudden urge to read one of her favorite books, looking up at Josef with a sense of hope.

He blinked and hesitated, drinking in the words before nodding gently and smiling, his blush dissapearing a bit. "Das vould be wunderbar!" he giggled

"Yay!" Advika exclaimed with childish wonder and sat down at the base of the tree she was sitting at earlier and picked up Alice in Wonderland, put it back in the bag she had with her, and pulled out Darkwoods. "Come on, you can sit here, I don't bite." She offered to the man, patting at the spot next to her.

The blush returned as he gently sat near her, flicking his jacket out so that he wouldnt sit on it and criss crossed his legs, even letting his great white wings go slack behind him. "Vaht is it about?" he asked gently, looking at the book

The French/American looked at him and spoke, "Well, it's about this girl who lives in a fictional town that is in a fictional world. There's this species of animal that's kind of like werewolves that is said to steal children. It's a lot better than it sounds...at least from what I remember, it's been a while since I've read this book." Her face was animated with facial expressions as she told him a small summary of the story.

"And to believe people pay for air-fair" He chuckled then landed back where they were before. Once the landed he quickly changed into his human form to see what time is it. "Gah! It's already six? Wow time does go by when your a pegasus. " He changed back to his original form, his stomach growling. "I better go hunt. Might take me a while. Some times food is so hard to find! I'll give you my cell number? " He changed back and took out his flip phone. "I don't 100 percent believe in privacy with those phones with cameras. could see me changing forms of something."

I sat on a simple little rock with a harsh edge, trying to sober up before night-time hit. My head was pounding, and I could feel the blood rush inside and make me dizzy. With blurry vision, I lifted my hand in front of my face, trying to focus on it and steady my composition. It was too difficult, however, and I soon after began to get a throbbing feeling in my stomach.
I made a steady rise, after a few minutes of sitting, and gained balance fairly easily. Each time I went out, the next day became a little easier to recover from. I smoothed out my pencil skirt and adjusted my bust, trying to appear the least bit presentable to whoever was in the skies looking down at me. I shook my blonde hair in the breeze that came from the inside forest, fluffing it out and cracking my best smile. As I was in no mood at all to shed my outfit and change into a form, I pulled back on my wedges that Id removed a few hours prior and began trudging towards the town, a bottle in my hands (though I figured it best to wait before I took another sip).

Some time passed, and I was feeling myself again. The headache had gone and I was walking correctly, and I found I enjoyed the feeling - at least a little bit - of being myself. The town was only in front of me, and I stood at the edge of some trees, feeling the bark with my hands. It seemed I went there too much, and now tonight was when all shifters were meant to find their soulmate, and this wasn't something I was very keen on having to do. Deep inside, I do want to find him, but I'm beginning to wonder if maybe I don't need a soulmate, and therefore don't have one.
I noticed out of the corner of my eye a rosebush, and bent down and delicately picked up a smile. Charmingly, I laughed, and began to pluck the petals from it's center, watching as they fell to the ground.

The man was sitting on a lake.
Yes he was literally sitting on a lake, well... In the middle of it.
He was also criss crossed, sitting and making no ripples on the water as he played with his ponytail boredly
