He spread his wings to stop himself from crashing into the shore. Taking a few steps forward before he was balanced. "Alright, we made it," he said with a grin. Zachery scanned the shore quickly trying to figure where exactly they had landed. "There are some stairs this way, unless you feel like flying up," he said, pointing to the left of the rocky cliff that hung over them.

Sapphrie: tags Antonio:
As he flew off she looked over her shoulder, trying to figure out what damage had been done. She sighed, frustrated that she couldn't see what was causing her so much pain.

Bella/tagged: Zachery

"I think that the stairs are okay. If there turns out to be lightning, then we'd have less of a chance of being hit. That and we just landed." Bella looked to the sky again, seeing the sky get darker. She used one of her wings to cover her head so she would have a clearer view. Walking towards the steps, she looked back at Zachery.

Antonio/tagged: Sapphire

Antonio saw the familiar girl below and started descending in the air. His wings flapping a few times as he landed, he looked at Sapphire, who was about a meter away. "Hey, there's a jeweler' shop that way and- what's up? Do you need help with something?" He asked, wondering why she looked annoyed.

He nodded in agreement and headed for the stairs. His wings curved above his head in an umbrella like manner. 'There better not be hail,' he thought

Sapphire: tags Antonio:
"Hmm....? oh it's nothing," she replied with a smile. She didn't want to burden Antonio with anything more, he was already helping a lot, and anyhow, in the end it doesn't matter what it looked like. "Where is the shop?" she looked in the direction he had pointed.

Bella/tagged: Zachery

Bella clicked her tongue. "We'll get there faster if we run." She commented before starting forward with a burst of speed. Her hand went to the pocket where the small bird was safely tucked away, except he wasn't there. Stopping her stride and opening the pouch, she made sure that Spark hadn't moved to the side. As she did so, the blonde spotted a small tuft of bark-coloured feathers. Swiping it up carefully, she found that it was her feathered companion, puffed into the ball because of the cool air. Bella stood and breathed out a sigh of relief, holding her friend to her chest.

Antonio/tagged: Sapphire

"If you say so..." Antonio said a bit uneasily, though he didn't push her. Turning his attention to her question, he turned and pointed. "It's the fourth one down. It shouldn't be too far from here if we walked." He stuck his hand out to lead her there, even though he knew that she could probably make it on her own. "Lets go!" He cheered with a positive attitude, trying to lighten the mood a bit.

"You're right," he agreed, and quickened his pace. He squinted up the stairs as he ran.

Sapphire: tags Antonio:
She nodded and placed her hand on his. 'Everything is alright,' she tried to convince herself, 'soon enough I'll be flying again.' She let her wings relax and followed his lead.

Bella/tagged: Zachery

Seeing the boy walk hastily past her, Bella caught up. Still holding the bird in her hand, she shielded her torso with her wings. Upon reaching the staircase, she climbed up them.

Antonio/tagged: Sapphire

He turned and walked in a slow enough pace so that her injuries wouldn't hurt as bad but fast enough to arrive at the shop quickly. Glancing back every so often to seemingly check on Sapphire, Antonio pulled her a bit closer when they were about to cross the street. The walking situation was a bit awkward because of the wings protruding from both of their backs, but somehow the whole ordeal ended up working out. The boy let go of her hand when they entered a small shop. It had a cozy feel to it, and there was a man behind the transparent counter. There were numerous pricy pieces of jewelry incased in the glass, and the cashier seemed quite surprised to see two winged humans walk in through the door. Blinking a few times, he asked, "Are you guys real?"

Zachery: tags Bella:
While running up the stairs he glanced back at Bella. "You ok?" he called back. The stair way was in between two cliffs so it was slightly sheltered from the wind. But it didn't protect them from the rain.

Sapphire: tags Antonio:
She blushed slightly as they walked across the street. When they got into the shop she looked around. Everything was sparkling so brightly. She smiled at the cashiers comment.

Bella/tagged: Zachery

The girl nodded, tucking her wings tighter. Shouting over the wind, Bella explained the situation. "It seems that Spark had fallen out of my pocket. I found him luckily, but I think there's a hole." She followed him up the steps and glanced around. "Is your place near?" She wondered aloud.

Antonio/tagged: Sapphire

The Spaniard smiled at the man behind the counter. "I can assure you, we are, in fact real." The guy was speechless until he finally sputtered out a reply. "Ok, how can I help you?" Antonio talked to the man for a few minutes and handed over one of the pearls that he had. After a bit of a lengthy conversation, the brunette turned around with a grin on his face and a card. Walking back over to Sapphire he showed her the currency that he had gotten in exchange for one pearl. "Turns out the pearls were well worth the work to get them." He had gotten far more [currency] than needed to get a jacket, which was quite good in their case. The boy quickly pocketed the [currency] and held the door open for his companion.

Zachery: tags Bella and Ebony;
"Yeah, it's pretty close," he replied as he reached the top. Spotting something black he squinted, trying to make it out. "Is that a person?" he asked, "I can't seem to make it out."

Sapphire: tags Antonio;
She walked out of the store. "Good," she said with a smile.

(It doesn't matter to me, I tend to just use the word money, but any currency works.)

Ebony looked to her right, trying to make out whatever that particle was. She was pretty visible from far away, with her black clothing and popping red eyes. As it got closer, she could tell it was a person. Huh. First one she'd seen since she got here.
