She sat in front of the house, just looking around. When it started to rain, she quickly dashed for shelter under a tree. She just sat there for a while, being bored out of her mind.

He began to run to the house, carrying his suitcase and water splashing every step until he ran inside panting and such. "I almost didn't make it." He said walking into his room and putting his stuff down, taking his wet shirt off and grabbing a towel wrapping it around himself.

She sighed and walked inside, her hair sticking to her forehead because it was drenched. Ini walked into her room and lay on the bed. She heard movement from the room next to her. She poked her head in through the door and was astonished. She gasped. "R-Rei?!" She said in disbelief.

Rei;
"Ini!" He looked at her and smiled a bit fixing his crooked glasses. He began to put his things back into his drawers stretching for a bit and ran his hand along his dresser. "Dusty. I was out only for a few months. How have you been?" He asked walking to her bending down further than he had to before to kiss her forehead. "I guess I grew taller." He said with a slight laugh.

Rei;
"Ini!" He looked at her and smiled a bit fixing his crooked glasses. He began to put his things back into his drawers stretching for a bit and ran his hand along his dresser. "Dusty. I was out only for a few months. How have you been?" He asked walking to her bending down further than he had to before to kiss her forehead. "I guess I grew taller." He said with a slight laugh.

Ini-
Her face turned red. She squirmed uncomfortably. "Y-yeah.. I-I've been okay.." She said quietly. "I've actually been quite okay.." She said, she really didn't want to break his heart. She was thinking a lot of thoughts in her head, starting to get stressed. "I-I'm sorry!" She burst out and buried her face in his chest and began crying. "I'm so sorry.." She said quietly.

Rei;
"Sorry? What for?" He asked a bit surprised by Ini's actions. "What happened while I was gone that made you so worked up?" He asked now having a look of concern fixed onto his face while embracing the short girl with one hand and another hand on her head. "You aren't like yourself..." He said quietly with a slight sigh.

Rei;
"Sorry? What for?" He asked a bit surprised by Ini's actions. "What happened while I was gone that made you so worked up?" He asked now having a look of concern fixed onto his face while embracing the short girl with one hand and another hand on her head. "You aren't like yourself..." He said quietly with a slight sigh.

Ini-
She looked up at him. "I know.. I'm not like myself.." She said, sniffing. "It's just.. while you were gone.. I-I met someone.. and her and I..." She said quietly, struggling to find the right words. "Sort of... got.. together..I-I'm sorry.. I understand.. if you don't want to talk to me.. ever again..." She said, tears running down her cheeks.

Rei;
He gasped and his eyes went wide. "You went out with another?" He asked chocking back on tears. "Well, I came back with a gift... I don't know if it means anything anymore..." He said letting a single tear roll down his cheek while resting his chin on the top of her head. "Do you still wanna be together?" He asked inhaling and holding his breath thinking that he asked the wrong question based on the situation.

Ini-
She put her hands in her face, "I was so afraid that I'd break your heart.. I'm just so sorry..." She mumbled. "I just don't know what to do..." She said, her voice cracking. She wiped her eyes, which were now stinging and red. "I'd love it if we were close friends.. I don't have anyone else.." She muttered, avoiding eye contact.

Rei;
He gulped and pulled away from the embrace. "I think you should go to your room..." He said now hugging himself moving her out of the room and shutting his door slowly. He went to his bed and sat on it crying but not making as much noises as some would usually make at the time.

Makoto;
He walked into the hall and saw Rei's door shut and Ini crying outside of it. "So he found out huh?" He sighed and put a hand on Ini's head handing her some sweets before he went back out and going into the living room. "He'll get over it in a few months." He said sighing and eating some pocky.
