↪ Personalities ;; Hayden and Isaac are two twins that have a lot in common, yet many differences. In general, they both are very caring souls. If one needs help or just someone to talk two, either boy is willing to sit and have a chat. The course of that conversation differs between the twins, but that will be explained later. Additionally, they both are not afraid to speak their mind. When something goes against either of the boys' beliefs (which quite often align), they will make it known. If one does something wrong in their eyes, the twins are not hesitant to dish out their thoughts. Another similarity is that both brothers are very protective. The extent of that differs between Hayden and Isaac, but is still present in both.
The boys do separate quite clearly in some aspects. For example, Hayden is quite often referred to as the 'kind one'. He is sweet and much more mature than his brother. True they are both caring, but Hayden shows this in a different way than his brother. He is the one to think of small little gestures to make someone understand how he cares for them. If someone needs to talk, he listens and offers a comforting shoulder. He does not try to give solutions, but to fix the problem when he can. Overall, he is very patient. If someone is there pulling at his nerves, it takes quite a lot to anger him. The real only way to get him to take the role of aggressor is to threaten his family or friends. Very often, though, he can be a bit irritable. If he is studying or has his nose in a book, he does not take kindly to interruption. If anyone can annoy him, it's his brother.
Isaac can be quite the opposite of his justice loving brother. Zach is typically regarded as the 'troublesome one' of the twins. He always has his nose in mischief. He is undeniably fun loving. This brother is the one to seek out action elsewhere just for a good laugh. Pranks are his game and there is no stopping it. Though he pursues a dream in the field of law, he does not stress about his studies, unlike his brother. He is very much carefree. School is just a secondary event to his daily life. It does not help matters that he is very impatient. He does not like to wait. When he wants to do something, it will happen that very second. This also leads to him being a bit hot-headed. He carries a lot of pride and does well to defend it. Whereas Hayden is the comforting, warm one, Zach is the one to get upset and seek revenge. If someone so much as looks at his loved ones wrong, he is not above snapping. If there is someone being ruffed up or bullied, he is there to come to the rescue. Due to his fear of being forgotten or ignored, he feels the need to be needed. He does all that he can to make life better for others, in that, making a name for himself among each and every person.
↪ History ;; The twins have suffered a rather tumultuous past. They both have their own sense of justice that is linked to their father. Their father was a high ranking officer in the military. He had a brilliant collection of medals and awards for all that he had done at war. Hayden found a sense of justice in righting the wrong, in law. Isaac found his justice in help those who could not help themselves. From a young age, they both practiced chivalry and kindness, bestowed to them by the example of their father. Their mother was always a comforting face. She dried their tears without fail whenever they needed her. She was fun and eager to entertain the children. Like the twins, both mother and father were tiger shifters.
However, when they were around the age of eight their father was sent out on another deployment. A man in a pristine suit appeared on their doorstep, requesting to speak with the family inside. They all sat down in the living room, twins, mother, and officer, the air was so heavy it almost felt tangible. There was one simple sentence that sent the reality the boys knew spiraling into tragedy. "He was shot, defending one of his squad members from an unfathomable attack; He did not make it."
Their mother spiraled into madness. Every small thing could break her in half. With such a loss, a family should be brought together to comfort one another. That was not the case. The boys were pushed away from their mother, leaving them with only each other. In this time period, they became very close and that bond was never lost. If asked about the degradation of their mother in the present day, the boys would both reply that they should have done more.
One day after coming home from school in the 10th grade, the boys were greeted with a crippling sight. Their house was swarmed with police officers and paramedics. A body was wheeled out on a gurney and that was the last the two saw of their mother before the funeral.
After the loss of their last parent, they were thrust into foster home after foster home. One particular home served abusive when they were found out to be not so normal. On a beach trip with this family, Hayden developed his fear of waves. He and his brother were surfing when a sneaker wave swept him under. The foster family did nothing to help. They sat in their spot on the beach, only watching. Zach managed to pull him up and to the shore, pulling him from the brink of death.
Needless to say, after that ordeal, the brothers where placed in a new home with foster parents that greatly smothered them. It was this family that would send them to a school for special children. They have been there for a year now.
