As the two made their way inside, the first they did was go to the front desk. It was the most human thing to do after all. But before they could make it to the rather tall counter, a small "Awww" caught Kotaro's attention. Said boy stopped walking and glaring at the direction he heard the strange noise. "Kotaro?...Kotaro, wh-what are you looking at?" Aito questioned with a tilted head. Kotaro narrowed his eyes as he began walking in the direction of said noise. "Just follow me, alright?" Those were his final words to his brother before his attention was focused solely on the something, or someone who made that noise. Electricity sparked around his body for a brief moment before he spoke up once again. "You might as well come out now, whatever made that noise. Because I'm not giving up." He growled softly as he waited to see them show themselves. Aito clutched his pink plush bunny close to him as he stayed behind him.

I blinked at her and nodded " oh, okay, well that's interesting " I said then tossed a knife which landed blade into the ground at her feet right next to lucky. " as a keepsake, and if your ever in a pickle just give me a call" I said as I walked towards the door then stopped to think for a second " and you are the only person who's beaten me in something since the day I got my uniform, congratulations, also tell your friend there that i'm sorry for all the trouble, and he doesn't have to kill to save a life " I said as I walked out into the night air. I seemed to disappear, no sounds of footsteps could be heard, one would think that I hadn't been there that night.

I looked at atasado and then gave a weak smile " thank you " I said as I rolled over and after a few minutes of maneuvering I was sitting up.Even though it had been about an hour my tail still hadn't grown completely back, and it was extremely tender. " thank you so much atasado, if there's any way I can repay you i'll do it " I said as I used a small sharp scale to cut the rope that held me bound.

S; I had my hand on the monitor and I was searching through all the latest news updates. " interesting " Is the only word that escaped my lips as I listened to reports of a murder happening a few towns away. M; I blushed a deep red then I grinned as I used my powers and made it sound as if there were footsteps approaching them from in front. Then I spoke, my voice was coming from the same spot the steps were coming from " hi there, I guess you didn't get the notice that this place is haunted did you, well any way, i'm the ghost, my name is melody " I said then grinned. I honestly am a good person, it's just wen some one growls at me it bothers me.

Atasado stared silently at the Condor, not flinching as the blade was thrown at her. She gave him a curt nod at his final words, watching him as he left, and as he seemingly disappeared, she looked back at Lucky. She knelt down, picking up the knife and stuffing it into a sheathe she had on-hand for such occasions, tucking it into her pocket. She seemed oblivious to the thanks she was given from the mutant, instead seeming distanced as she tried to pretend like she hadn't just proven that she was with the government.
But as he spoke with another thanks, she blinked, looking to him as that one registered into her head. Did he really not notice? He didn't seem like he was oblivious, though maybe he was. "Never kill for the sake of helping others again," she said as she stood upright, keeping her voice as steady as possible, "And never speak of this night's events again." She looked at his tail as he cut into the ropes, before holding her hand down to him. "Now get up, we should return to my home so that you may rest."

Aito//Kotaro
Kotaro's eyes widened in surprise and slight fear when he heard footsteps, but no body to go with it. His face then paled when he heard a voice speaking alongside the footsteps.
"A-A ghost...?" He whimpered quietly as he backed up so he was closer to Aito. "s-Stop messing around! That s-scary!" He said as an attempt to keep his tough kid act going. But sadly it wasn't working as Aito was already beginning to sob from the thought of a ghost. "Meanie! Look at what you did!" He whined angrily.

I whimpered " i'm sorry " I said as I stood up then looked down. I thought about what she had said and then looked at her " are you okay " I asked. I wanted to hug her but I felt like I shouldn't, so I listened to the part that said hug her, I locked my arms so she couldn't break free until I allowed her. " it's going to be okay" I said with a small whimper.

S; I continued going through the news and then sighed as I stood up and walked towards the bookshelves, I had a certain book in mind " genetics across the ages " it was just something I wanted to check on. Unknown to melody I was researching genes to see if I could understand more about mutants. M; I grinned at the one that was acting like he was tough, Then I noticed when his little brother began to cry and I ran around the corner. " N no no no no, it's okay, don't cry " I said whimpering as I picked him up and began to rock him like a baby while a soft melody began to come from my body. " it's going to be okay, I promise " I said as I put him down. " oh.... sorry about that " I said as the walking noises moved to me till it stood in my place.

The next thing the twins knew, a girl was approaching them. Kotaro tensed greatly when she picked up Aito and told him not to cry. Even Aito was struggling to get out of her grasp.
"Who the heck are you? Put my brother down!" He growled. Aito continued to struggled until a gentle melody made him calm down greatly. The boy even loosened his grip on his tatter pink bunny. Kotaro stared in awe as the girl put Aito down. He pulled Aito closer to him before glaring at the girl. "Who-- No, what are you?" He frowned looking at Aito occasionally to make sure she didn't do anything.

I looked at him and then looked at the ground as I continued the melody to keep the younger brother calm. " if I recall correctly I am the same thing as you " I said as the sound of electricity could be heard only to him. " and to the who I am melody, I have the ability to manipulate and control ghosts" I said giving a cold glare at the boy then laughing. " to be honest I can just control sound " I said as I began to walk towards the computers. " my sister is this way if you want to meet her " I offered. S; I grinned as I pulled the book out then I opened it and began to read, to my disappointment it had nothing about anything I hadn't already known about. " another dead end " I said as I began to walk back towards the computer.

Atasado shook her head. "Do not apologize. Just do not repeat the events you did." She stared at him coldly, before her head tilted at his question. "I'm fine," she responded without hesitance. She turned slightly to head out before she ended up in a strong hug, and she stiffened as she resisted the instinct that told her to break him, quite literally, then and there. "I am aware. Now let go of me," she demanded, her golden eyes snapping up to stare at his face. It wasn't hard to guess that she really wasn't in the mood for this.

I hugged her for a moment longer then released her " those were made to make you feel better" I said with a sigh. " you really aren't human to many people are you " I asked as I began to walk towards her house. " your still human to me " I said as I began to walk the wrong way, I gave a slight gesture to the roof on another building, a shadowy figure could be seen on it. I gave her a smile as I continued to walk away then I went towards the park, I might have been half asleep when I was being carried, but now I was remembering everything as I walked. " i'll meet you back " I said as I walked around another building and slipped into a man hole into the sewer, I instantly headed back towards her house. I hoped she would realize I was doing that so then whoever it was wouldn't follow us.

Atasado straightened out her top, seeming irritated from the hug. "I am not human," she corrected him. She walked a bit ahead of him, glaring back at him briefly. "I am not human," she repeated, "and your beliefs will not change that fact." She turned her gaze to him briefly, noting that he was taking the wrong direction, before looking up to the building. She settled her gaze over on the shadowy figure, a silent dare for them to try anything, before she left Lucky to his own, knowing what was going on. She continued on walking towards her house, tensed and ready to drop down a silver blade at any given moment.
