Are We The Last? [MADE A REMAKE]

Roman picked her up in his jaws and placed her back in the ice bath. He yawned and glanced at the time.

Madison sank to the ground panting. She nodded her thanks to Lukas before she began to lick her wounds. She wasn't any warrior, but she could at least hold her own. Madison staggered to her feet and limped over to Lukas. She sniffed him and said through the mind link We need to get back and put something on these wounds. I know we heal faster than humans, but it would still be nice to set the broken bones and not let them heal crooked. She nosed his flank to get him moving like he had done to her earlier to get her to the river.

The overheat took over her, she started to slowly die and her heart rate went down

Aleu's black legs were shaking as she unwillingly collapsed to the ground, her eyes rolling to the back of her head. A few moments later she blinked her vision fuzzy. She felt worse then earlier and was pretty sure her flank was now permanently mauled, her left ear was half way missing and she felt very dizzy. Her breathing was slightly shallow as she whimpered trying to lick her flank wound. Freaking fighting. I hate heat. I hate males. I hate fighting. I hate heat. I hate it. Aleu growled to herself. Don't pass out. Don't pass out. She chanted silently. Aleu let out a frustrated bark attempting to stand, but kept failing.

Roman groaned and nudged her side, poking her with hid paw a few times to see if that would help.


Lukad groaned in response and slowly shoved up. He looled to Aleu and sighed, lifhtky biting her scruff and starting tk drag her. He slowly limped towards the pack house, his ears flat. He collapsed in relief in the medical room 'Give me a minute.' He linked to her.

Aleu snorted at his act of kindness by helping her. Thanks. But it came out slightly sluggish, seeing her green eyes were half-lidded because she was so exhausted. The coolness of the den was a relief to the heat she felt from fighting. She vowed she would surpress her heat so no one would have to go through this trouble again. Aleu sighed before falling into a light sleep.

Lexi s heart rate went up and down but she was still dying

Madison followed closely behind. She kept a careful eye on both her packmates, but more so on Lukas. As soon as they arrived, she breathed an audible sigh of relief. Now they needed to get the healer in here. Madison's wounds were just deep scratches that would heal and a sprained paw. She shifted back to her human form and lightly held her left wrist. She looked at the two wolves silently and shook her head. "We are a mess, aren't we?"

Lukas just nodded and grabbed the medical stuff with his mouth, too weak to shift back. He managed to bite it open and sigh. 'I can't even shift back ' he replied through mind link.

Roman sighed as he laid his head in her back, trying to think of a way to keep he from dying. He lightly lapped at her cheek, growling afterwards.

Aleu snorted in agreement hearing Madison's comment. The she-wolf began to transform slowly into human as well seeing her left shoulder was a bloody mess. "Well isn't that great.." She muttered. Aleu looked at her right hand seeing her fingernail only got ripped off and it'd be fine. "Thanks for helping with the fighting back there." Her soft gentle voice tried to catch Madison's and Lukas's attention. "You both did great." She tried for an optimistic smile, but it was weak.
