A group of hunters decided that burning the forest down would be a good second best in the whole 'if we can't have it no one can ' go and poured gasoline before setting it ablaze watching the fire start to eat away at the beautiful forest.

Jason

He lifted his head up watching the birds fly towards the castle screaming terror instead of song. He pushed himself up before his brown gaze landed on a steady growing fire. He snorted in fear before bounding off. He headed one way before more fire forced him back to where he was. He reared and bleeted.

His ears perked up and he sat up. He could hear the horses becoming unsettled by something. He growled and used his claws to climb the stall door and go out. He winced and growled in pain but trotted outside. He sniffed the air and looked up at the sky watching the birds "something isn't right..." He ran into the forest ignoring the pain. He growled and flinched seeing fire burning away his and the other animals and changers homes. He bounded forward towards the flames and climbed up a tree to survey the scene.

Lilin White / Changer / Jackson

Lilin froze as the scent of burning wood drifted through the air. He snapped his head up, sniffing the wind as he backed away slightly. Lilin's heart thumped when he detected the scent, and already he could see the flames rising over the treetops. Lilin started to panic, a whine slipping out and his ears pressed against his head.

Cora woke up from her nap to the smell of smoke and nearly fell out of the tree. She quickly climbed down and shifted into her fox form. She could see the orange glow through the trees and ran away from it. She ran towards the area where Jackson's den was and searched around for him. She was beginning to panic at the thought of the whole forest burning down.

He watched animals run in terror from the flames while others were caught victim. He backed up before he took off best he could from the fire. A few hunters continued into the fire with guns and nets and ropes hoping to snag the few brave of the animals that stayed. Knowing they would probably be changers. Jason kept running till he felt a searing pain on his neck as he was closelined back from a hunters rope that had caught him around the throat. He fell on his back before slowly trying to stand only to have a hunter force his head down by stepping a boot to his antlers. He tried to struggle but the hunters dragged him to one of the crates and locked the door once he was inside. He heard the lock and he transformed. His heart raced. No! He couldn't stay in this box! He had to help the others!!

He growled lowly watching one changed getting caught. It was that one stag from before. He growled and jumped out of the tree lunging for the hunter who dared lock away the stag. His ice blue eyes held fire in them. He ignored the now bleeding wound as he tore out a few stitches. He roared and jumped onto the crate scratching at it to try and get it open with no luck.

He was panicking. He didn't know what to do, he flinched hearing claws against the metal bars of the crate. "You have to help the others! " He insisted as he looked to him through the bars

He growled "and leave you stuck in here? I don't think so!" He growled and looked around before shifting into human form. He picked up two sticks and picked the lock opening the door "there..." He murmured and glanced at the bloodied bandage "..." He sighed and shifted again "go get out of here..." He glanced back at the flames flicking his tail.
