He quietly watched what Lock was doing for a few moments, finding it odd and a little interesting. He chuckled and shook his head at the question, "No, I'm just the police cheif, nothing more." he said.

"I see, I won't ask any more about it then," the teen quickly stated, using his quiet and soft tone. He quickly put all of the chocolates inside of another container, plopping it into Scarecrow's arms before picking his own supply up. And setting it on his lap."Okay, I lied, two questions question, you "prevent it from happening twice", right? Second question, by saying that, are you implying that there is a serial killer or you still haven't found murderer?" he used a serious tone, keeping his voice low enough for no one else to hear except for the two of them.

Scarecrow held the container that Lock handed him alothough he doubted he would actually eat that much chocolate himself. He nodded slightly, "Huh, you're a pretty smart kid. But yes, it's a serial killer. We've been chasing him for a long time and he's always been elusive." he said, speaking just as quietly. Although the idea of Thanatos out and about still really did bug him a lot, but that didn't show on the outside.

"Oh, just thinking about that is creepy," he muttered, loosing an appetite for the candy. He sealed the container and set it beside him, think for a moment before an idea sprang into his mind. "I've never tried it before, but I might be able to help with your investigation if you're able to bring me the body the day after it was assumed dead. Or if you have people you think might be the next victims. Doesn't really matter to me. If I can help in any way, I'd be happy to do it," he murmured, glancing around at people for no actual reason, really.

Scarecrow thought about Lock's suggestion for a moment then nodded, "I suppose that could work, but I'd have to take you to the corerner's office with me in order to do that. Would that be okay with you?" he asked. He knew most people didn't deal well with such places as that office, or a lab really since that was really what it should be called be legally it wasn't.

"Yeah, I'd be fine with that," Lock answered, quietly. "If we want information now and avoid more deaths, we should probably head out now. You said that the previous person was just killed last night, if I remember correctly," he added, remembering what the older man had said earlier. "It's all up to you though," the teen picks his container up, already predicting the answer that Scarecrow had. Lock knew that it would probably hurt like hell if it actually worked, but he honestly didn't care right now.

Scarecrow parked the car and got out once they had reached the corener's office. It was funny how the place seemed to have a cold vibe even from outside the building. Or perhaps that was just how he looked at it. Either way he waited for Lock to catch up before leading him inside and to the main part of the building.

Lock followed behind Scarecrow, this time not wanting to get to far from the other male. He had his bandages reapplied around his mouth area while Scarecrow was driving them here. The teen looked over at the car, pouting inwardly when he realized he probably wouldn't see his babies for at least an hour. This is madness, he can't handle no candy for so long, WH-oh hey, Scarecrow's inside the building, he better follow the other. "My first time being here, it's..different," he muttered low enough so no one else could hear him. Contemplating his options, Lock decided that staying silent was his best course of action.
