Alexa died at the age of 17 in a tragic car accident. Ever since she has been roaming around as a ghost helping humans and trying to get them to realize that life is short and that they better enjoy it. She also sometimes saves humans life's and gives them signs that she's around. She usually will lay a white flower somewhere that they can find it.

Alexa looked around the busy town until she spotted a teenage girl who looked sad and had her makeup smeared on her face some, she had obviously been crying so Alexa floated over to her before slipping one of her small white flowers in the backpack she was carrying. Alexa smiled then floated away and started looking around again.

As she floated off she saw Rex the twilight leader and frowned slightly but decided to just leave him alone. She saw a young man looking around everywhere he went and tilted her head curiously at him before laughing silently to herself.
