Grace looked at the two and nervously chuckled. "What? A human? Me? Your spell must be broken! I'm the daughter of the Headless Horseman! How could I be a human? Your spell obviously doesn't work. Now, if you don't mind me, I'll just be on my way..." She turned and started walking away even faster, trying not to arouse too much suspicion.

"Leastways, she has good hearing." He mumbles to himself. "Hey sweetheart? You might want to be careful about the monster you chose to pretend to be your parent because my halfbrother's one of the kids of that gene pool and I know all his siblings." He smirks, standing and stuffing his spellbook into his bag. "You should really slow down, I'd hate to have to put a paralyzing spell on you."

Grace stopped walking and turned around. "Of course he is... I should've said that I was Medusa's daughter. It wouldn't matter anyway. You had that stupid spell... Look, I don't want any trouble. I'm just trying to blend in until I find a way home. I'm not even sure how I got here..."

I chuckled softly and shrugged walking again "I dunno I enjoy having shade it keeps me company but then family is much of a thing in my house"I replied. I looked at him "you don't have to always buy the animal and you could even teach them to hunt and get their own food if you get one that can hunt"I added

Caspar followed Jerome, approaching the human girl curiously. In truth, he'd never seen a human before, and they weren't half as weird as he would have expected. I decided not to talk, I instead hung back and let Jerome do that. I'd never been that good with words anyway.

Hendrix stumbled a little as someone walked into him, but unlike them he didn't fall over. With a sigh, he outstretched a hand to the boy who'd fallen.
"Sorry about that," he said. "I wasn't paying attention to where I was going."

Grace gasped as Caspar moved closer to her and took a few steps backwards. "Stay... Stay back, please. I'm not going to hurt you. Just stay back!" She was worried that they would try to grab her or something.
