Andrew smiled at her critique of his driving. "Does it matter anymore?" He said with a short chuckle, watching her get out.

Yuki smiled and pushed the door open to Subway. She smiled hungrily taking in the smell of meat. She looked at Andrew and held the door open for him, "So what are you going to get?"

The line at the diner was again very long. and it took me forever to get back out onto the street and to start the walk home.

she sighed and stood up.she would have to go back.she would have to be quick though, there was only a half hour before her cousin would have brought her breakfast.she finger-brushed her hair and left the apartment.it took her a while to find her way back to her prison, but eventually she found it.she entered the basement through the hole in which she climbed out.she began packing her bags, although when she went to leave again her cousin was there.

I got back and was settling the breakfast down when I turned back to the door. I had locked it when ?I left so why had it just swung open? Oh no. no she didn't. I was there in the flash of two seconds with the door open,"Vanessa?" No answer. She was gone. I forced myself to calm down though my dominant vampire side screamed at me to find I forced clam. She could leave at any time she wanted, if I forced her to stay here I would be no better then her cousin. I sighed where would she have gone, when she left. This town was so small...but now it seemed so big...

I heard it then out of all the other people walking up and down the streets I heard it, A beating of a heart. Now normally you can hear the hearts of the people around you, but this one stood out. Maybe it was the bond we had made last night over the blood exchange, I didn't know but I crept into the alley way to find out, seeing a massive hole, and thinking this wasn't to far from the park so I climbed in. Glancing around as the heartbeat got stronger, she wasn't here but she was near.

she sat in the attic, it was cold up there compared to the basement she was previously in.it was also not as nice.

he sensed another vampire....it was probably the one from the previous night.he hissed to himself and stormed down from the attic, guarding the stairs.

I climbed the basement stairs and broke the door open, now on the main level I could sense the presence on of an other vampire and the hairs on the back of my neck stood up. I turned to see him glaring at me and standing near the stairs,"Why can't you just leave her alone. She obviously hates it here."
