He gave a breath of relief, moving back towards Vex. "Sir, might there be a place for me to sleep?"

He gave a huff, laying back down with a heavy thump, feeling defeated.

Vex
He nodded and sighed. "Down this hallway, there's an open room. It's the one next to the door with the A. Which is Amalphias room." He said and pointed down the hallway

He gave a disappointed nod, deciding not to argue as he walked over to Amalphia's room. He grabbed the handle and opened the door. "Hello? Is anyone in here?"

He watched the intruder walk away, giving a soft growl. "So, when will the healers come?" he asked Vex.

Amalphia
She was in front of a mirror on the other side of the room, looking at herself in a dress that went to her knees. "Hello Torone." She said softly and looked back into the mirror, fluffing her hair a bit

Vex
"If you are that impatient, I can heal you myself you know." He sighed

Torone
He jumped when he heard Amalphia's voice from the back of the room. "Oh. Hello Amalphia. I was told to stare here."

Ittuluk
He lifted his head. I'm not that impatient, I'm just wondering, he thought. "I would like that."

Vex
He nodded and crouched a bit. "Your paw please." He said and held out his hand

Amalphia
She nodded and sniffed. "Oh? Alrighty then. If you would like, you can have the bed, I shall sleep somewhere else if you wish. Since you clearly do not like creatures, I will not push it and be in the same room as you." She said and tried to hold herself from crying

He blinked at her comment, silently happy. "Alight..." he said, looking at the bed cautiously. He didn't want to sleep in the same bed a beast had slept in.

Ittuluk
He held out his injured paw, hoping whatever Vex did to heal it wouldn't hurt.

Vex
He sighed and casted a spell "Bazbo burazzbus!" He said and the paw was somewhat healed now

Amalphia
"Goodbye Torone." She said, her voice on the edge of crying as she covered her mouth with her hands and pushed past him, running out the door and towards the hall where the food was

Torone put a hand over where Amalphia had bumped into him, watching carelessly as she left. Well, time to get settled in, he thought.

Ittuluk
He flinched as the spell was set, and watched his paw heal a bit. "Thank you, that feels better. Would it be OK if someone comes with me to check for the vikings again before I return to the sea?"

He nodded and saw Amalphia run off past them. "Amalphia can go with you. I have to stay here with the tree." He said

Amalphia
She ran to the table and collapsed, covering her face with her hands
"What have I done? I'm a monster." She sobbed
