I stood there listening carefully to their discussion, this Kat girl was vicious.

He got up," you are with a crazy." He handed the chips back. " I am quite full. But thank you for the chips. You should help me get this child to speak." He pointed at the girl standing there with a camera.

[i have Leo and Terry, siblings. i also added Ryker Stern and Maxamillion Von Stratton. when was Nix going to seperate from the group to run into Max, or should i just bring him to the group?]

Ryker looked at the group, frozen by what was going on. it was only a matter of time, he did not seem overly phazed by it.

"River, are you ok?" He asked as he put a comforting hand around River's shoulders.

Ryker watched everyone closely, when suddenly the CB radio in the motorhome started to crackle and come to life.

"hey, you crazy people in that mobile home down there." a voice came through on the broken trasmission, "can you hear me?"

Ryker looked at it in surprise, "someone going to answer that?"

She walked over and answered it. "Yes we can, who is this?"

"oh good!" the voice said, "i was hoping that this was the right channel. you got a huge herd coming your way, attracted by the fire that you have started. i recommend coming to me, i have a safe place for you all. i am on 8th street, just off main. you will see the compound."

the radio crackled with static before squealing loud enough to make the windows shake.

"so sorry, this thing is kind of picky." the voice said again, "just get her as fast as you can."

then it died, no more voice, or static, or sounds of any kind.

Ryker looked at them, his hand protectively around River's shoulders.
