After they got away from the van she slowed down a bit, she was feeling dizzy from blood loss and she had started limping where she was shot in her leg.

She looked at Kathryn who was falling befind, she slowed down with her and shouted "we need to find a place to hide..."she then had a moment of awerness she shouted "koda, lead up home!" She then said to the girls." Its not far away, no one discovered it for 4 years so its perfect, and I have medicine there." she then turned east following koda yet with a steady pace, she spoke to Kathryn, here, let me help you walk the way, you can rest on my shoulder." she showed a trustworthy smile to her, yet she felt so...weird... years of isolation from human contact has changed her but she still has her caring instincts.
