Ruty let out a short cry, and covered his mouth with his hand. He closed his eyes as a strange tingling feeling ran through his shoulder, his wounds slowly disappearing. Once she was done, he unwrapped the bandage that was covering his eye- it was still slightly bloodshot, and a dark circle was still there, but it was much better than before. He lifted his shirt slightly to see if the bruise was still there- it wasn't, but it still hurt like hell. The bruise had started near the back of his ribcage, then darkened near the front- running through his tender gill-like slits on his side. Again, it was mostly gone, but his skin was still darker.
"Thanks." He said quietly, looking up at her.
