Ruty nodded, "alright. I'll accept that." He said smiling lightly, wrapping his legs around her. "Thank you, I guess." He said quietly, running his hand along the ground.

(Remember how I was telling you I was worried that my dad might be seeing someone and not telling me? Well he was and I eventually confronted him a couple days ago and ever since I've kind of made it my goal to learn about her and I just got to talk to her for the first time ever over the phone and she's very very nice. I like her. c:)

"No problem," Raven said quietly. She leaned her head against his shoulder. "Truth or dare?"

Ruty smiled and shifted slightly, "truth." He said quietly, leaning over and kissing her gently.

(Thank you. c: I was really really worried about it but now that I know a little about her I feel much better.)

"If you got a chance to live normally as a human again, in this time period, what would you want your life to be like?" she asked him. She genuinely wanted to know this. She felt like she could learn a lot about him from what he would do with a second chance.

Ruty looked down at the ground and sighed, "I would want to pretend my past life never happened. I would get a family, and never mention anything about the past. I would probably sign up for the military..." He said quietly.

Raven raised an eyebrow. "The military? I'm kind of surprised and not surprised at the same time. I mean...obviously you have what it takes. I still don't know what I wanna do with my life, really." She shrugged and looked at the ground. "I feel like you'd do good in the military."

Ruty shrugged and looked up at her, "if I go to the military and train, I'll put myself to good use. And if I die in war then at least I'll die helping other people..." He said quietly.

"Yeah, that's true," Raven said softly. "I wouldn't want you to die, though. Even if you were helping other people. I guess that's kind of selfish, but I can't help it. I don't want to lose you." She grabbed his hand.

Ruty sighed, "of course I wouldn't to die. It's just that I feel that it wouldn't be to much of s big deal if I did. I mean, I would just be another guy to fall. No one would notice, but I would know that I helped." He said.

"I would notice. But I see where you're coming from." She laid down on her side and tried to bunch herself up as much as possible in attempt to warm herself up. She let out a shaky breath. "I wouldn't be brave enough."
