Dachi Venero
Dachi examined the necklace with interest, able to appreciate the fine details of it from a respectable distance. He took the wooden ring off his hand, it was dark in color, perfectly shaped to his finger. On close inspection, one could see the wood grain worked into the design, leaves and vines encircling the ring, small flowers incorporated throughout. It was smooth to the touch, and despite its age showed few signs of any damage. He held the ring out to her to see. "Well, like I said, metal can be hard to come by, especially when you don't have much money to work with. So I do a lot of wooden jewelry, like this."
Riuqa Venero
Gods, it felt like she had been walking around for hours. She knew that couldn't be true though, she wasn't even through her first cigarette. Riuqa rolled her neck slightly, looking around. Anyone she had passed was already grouped up. Given, that meant she had the benefit of walking around alone and not being bothered. Then she heard someone shout. A scowl spread across her face as she took the cigarette between her fingers. Nearly done with it, and she hadn't seen anywhere nearby she was likely to be able to buy more. She'd need to call in some favors, probably. She went towards the sound of the shout, hoping she could find whoever it was and put an end to it, a peaceful day did not need to be ruined by this annoyance. It did not take long for her to come across Flora. "You lost, kid?" She asked flatly, one eyebrow raised as she examined the girl. The word freak came to mind probably a little
too quickly.
