Matrakat's nose wrinkled in a snarl at the constant noises, her eyes flickering open as she gained a lingering frown. She smiled faintly at a familiar pattern of foot-steps, a steady one that was evenly paced and evenly timed - a march, if you will.
"By the Gods, what are you doing?" Dusk shouted out, her voice booming louder than usual. She'd woken up a fair bit earlier, and had spent at least ten minutes trying to straighten her hair - though it proved futile, as now it was starting to curl and flicker all about its length. At the least, her bangs were still clipped to the sides, and her Calo Sanf was held steadily in one of her hands, her blue eyes gazing across at Silver, piercing through her glasses.
