Mars held Allarie close and looked around. "Looks like the humans are actually brave enough to attack." He muttered and looked up seeing the explosions and the field. "G's got us safe for now. We should help them fight off the straggling humans." He licked his lips for a moment smelling all the blood in the humans. His hunger was growing.

Jay clung to Amber desperately afraid of the on goings. A few humans passed them and he covered Ambers mouth with a hand, closing his eyes. He prayed for their safety.

Raven looked around, slashing a few throats there, impaling a chest here. He was covered in blood, and he didn't know wether it was his, the humans or another monster. He let himself sink deep into the darkness, his eyes swirling back into the bleeding red like before. He heard a voice and turned to it, looking at Nuri dead in the face. He knew who he should protect and who he should kill and Nuri was his partner in this. She would always be his partner. Even through bloodlust he smiled slightly and nodded, " Never better love... " He watched her hurl the spear back and turned to face his own fights, diving into the wave of humans with guns and daggers, spears and bombs. Fire was everywhere on the trees near the beach due to the explosion of the ships on Gs shield, licking down the trunks and spreading through the heavy growth, creating a terrifyingly large cloud of dark and dense smoke to rise above the island. The houses were safe at least for now, the humans were focusing of the fighters outside the homes and luckily Aspen and her boys were safe under their bed. Carbius had joined them, though far down on the sands of the beach. Rhyculi was confused and stuck to the shadows, rather quiet and observant. One human punctured his jacket but left with a scream when Rhyculi turned and slid the sword out, no blood or anything, just dead skin cells on the blade. Raven spread his wings as he noticed the fire, " Hm. " He muttered and grabbed a man by the throat and stabbed through his chest, throwing him aside. " Where's Rachelle? " He called over the gunshots and bombs.
She was down on her beach, using her power to knock out the humans with drowsiness and Carbius was there to put them to sleep for good.

A human came near amber and stabbed her shoulder. She screamed and kicked the guys neck so hard it broke

Mars looked down at her and shook his head. "No way. I can't." He said sternly. "Id rather drain those jerks than you." His eyes softened looking back ahead.

Nuri glanced at Raven smirking slightly before doing a roundhouse kick to a mans face shattering his whole skull. "Remember we must stay close." She shouted to him before taking a few bullets to the chest. Her eyes glowed bright red as she stomped her foot, making a trail of fore towards the men. It crawled up there legs and into there guns making the gun powder explode along with them.

Jay gasped and placed his hand on Ambers shoulder and applied enough pressure to stop the bleeding, " Its not safe out here! " He cried and picked her up, especially you carrying our child... " He began to run towards their place when a smoke cloud leaked through the forest behind their house, making him fall back coughing up ashes.

Raven snorted, " I know that... " He smiled and pressed his back against hers, leaning his head back on hers for a second before glaring at an approching human. He sprinted forward and cut through his stomach, kicking him back before retreating to Nuris side. He tucked his wings in so they wouldnt distract Nuri who was already in enough trouble. Raven was pleased to see he hadnt been shot yet like she has... Or maybe he has and all the blood and adrenaline was hiding the pain and overall wound from him. He pushed off a human who came bolting with a spear, missing Ravens right lung by only inches, getting a slit throat for his effort of trying to best the winged maniac. Raven smiled, giving her hand a quick squeeze before returning to defend her back.

Nuri smiled softly feeling his head against hers but kept her eyes open careful not to get to distracted. Reaching down into her boots she pulled out her daggers and twirled slicing a humans throat and chest before backing up, returning to Ravens side. She looked down at the blood dripping from her hands and shivered slightly grossed out by it. Nurj looked back up and grunted grabbing the end off a mans sword before it could pierce her. Her other hand thrusted the dagger into his side and then her foot kicked his lifeless body to the side. She looked over at Raven and held his hand for a moment to squeeze it back before looking ahead and returning to the fight.

Raven eyed the forest and his surroundings, no one seemed to fancy walking through flames... Who would? He nudged Nuri, " Start running. The fire is catching up and I dont think youd like your husband if he was a burnt jumping spider... " He sighed and turned away, seeing the flames had also spread to in front of Nuri. " This way... " He grabbed her hand but it slipped out of it becasue of the slippery blood. He nudged her with his wing instead and began to fast walk/jog in the direction where the flames werent present. He suddenly noticed the shadows of the humans waiting for them to appear only to be shot dead. Raven stopped her and pulled her back, looking around. The flames were licking the grass away now, burning and sizzling. His heart beat quick and his brain ran with questions of where to go. Up was bad, the humans would shoot him, fire would burn him, he coughed as the smoke rushed over them like the dark when someone flips out a light. Caught and trapped but still together, Raven began to panic a little, inching forward. " Nuri... We have to run for it... They wont react fast enough... " He wheezed and gripped her hand, the blood dry. " Go. " He began to run, the smoke was a blind path to no where it seemed, only behind them was there the growing flames. Raven felt his legs kick someone and he knew he was charging through the humans now. He hopped and tripped and scrabbled through the deafening sound of gunfire. When the smoke was ceased he saw the cabins, finally able to breath. Raven felt his knee buckle, a sharp pain and his leg was no longer of use to him, making him fall. He immediately turned around, pulling himself with his arms, facing the smoke and approaching shadows. His leg, on the back where the calf and thigh connect at the knee was blown through, not even adrenaline would get that leg working for him, it was limp as a rubber glove.

Nuri turned not really hearing what Ravrn said only bits and pieces really. She looked ahead seeing the fire and jumped back with her hands in front of her. "Don't worry I ca-" She didn't get to speak when he grabbed her again and began to pull her around. When they stopped she took a moment to collect herself and try to figure out the situation but they were running again. Her eyes widened seeing him get shot and the humans behind him. Nuri growled loudly and grabbed the fire around her and shouted sending the fire at them making them look like they vanished. Looking back at Raven she picked him up and began to run towards the village.

Raven grunted and shook his head, " No Nuri... I can limp. " He assured her and shifted in her arms, wiggling around until she had let him go. He dragged his leg behind him, spreading his wings slightly, " Now what was that you were trying to say? " He asked and looked at her, " About the fire? " He sighed. The gunshots were more narrow and rather distant now. He looked at her, " Thank you... " He sighed and looked at his leg. " I'm kinda dead weight when it comes to war. " He offered a smile and moved a piece of hair from her face. " Now we have to... " He looked around at the fire and the village and frowned, " Is that shield still up? " He asked and looked at the sky to see if he could tell.
