Jay climbed up the hill and tan to the center of the island, looking at the giant wave. He set her down and watched fearfully as the wave crashed over the beach, foamed up the hill, and trickled into the village, soaking the grass, spraying the animals, foaming up to Jays and Ambers feet. Jay sighed with relief that the wave hadn't destroyed everything. " What made... " He looked out to the sea and spotted a massive creature, swaying it's long neck with its crocodile like teeth poking from its lips. It looked like a giant dragon, with fins on its head and spine. It's throat uttered the vibration sound, making the very earth shake. Jay watched mesmerized, watching smaller dragons, but still massive, poke their heads out, snapping at fish as they came. " It's a mother... " Jay mumbled and watched with astonishment. " She's calling her babies. " He pointed to the several heads below her neck. Jay blinked and looked at the island, " She must be one of the ancient aqua dragons... They come up to feed once every year... " He tapped his chin.

Jay picked her up and kissed her, " Okay okay... " He sighed and looked at the dragon, flinching when a rather angry and confused Raven burst from his cabin, " What's going on here?! " He asked, looking at the water on the floor, blinking, " Tsunami? "
" Aqua Dragoness. " Jay pointed.
Raven looked at the huge dragon way out in the sea, looking at the babies and mother eating. " Hm... Hmm..? MHM. " His eyes widened, " An aqua dragon? In the sea? The war... " Raven spread his wings, " Idea! " He called and flew away.
Jay watched him and looked at Amber, " Well... "

She closed her eyes and hugged him tightly

Jay walked through the drowned vegetation and into their home, setting her on the couch. " Let's relax. " He sighed and pet her head.

Raven flew over to the aqua dragon and hovered in front of her blind face. " Hello! " He called but the dragon ignored him. Raven held his hand out and placed it on her nose and she growled, opening her large jaws, her ' pure ' vibrating from her huge throat. Raven cleared his throat and pet her nose, " So there's these ships coming and if you could... It would be great to you know... Eat them? Maybe? Please. " He looked at the dragon and she closed her jaws, swaying her head away from his hand. Raven blinked and grabbed at her nostril, " Hey! " He growled and clung to her, " Listen it's urgent! Maybe you could just body slam them? Whip lash? " He asked and the mother dragon opened her mouth again, growling deep in her throat. Raven crossed his arms, " The humans... " He pointed. The dragon dove into the water and disappeared within the bubbling currents. Raven sighed and looked at her babies who still lingered, snapping up fish and such with tiny mouths. He watched them, then plucked the smallest from the sea and held the squirming dragon in his arms. It was as long as a snake, no arms or legs, just thin fins. He looked at the dragons mouth and looked at the eyes, clouded and covered in a transparent skin lens. It made a whimpering noise and Raven watched the other babies disappear into the water. Raven flew back home and pet the sea serpent, trying to grip it's rather fat body. He ran down to the water spring, slipping on the wet ground. He came upon the smallest spring, maybe three yards across, bubbling warmly like the ocean waters. Raven dropped the dragon in and sat down, watching it.
