The demon had enough of listening to this stupid conversation, so with a few bets of his wings, he was above the tree-line and soaring over the tops of trees. "Annoying beings!" He hissed under his breath, silver hair trailing behind him. "They need to learn that we can easily kill them when we want to, and we can be hard to bend to their will. Never again shall I bond; it only leads to disaster." His leathery wings allowed him to glide when he was at a certain speed, with the occasional flap to keep him up, and he soared low, keeping a small distance from the tree-tops.
