Cody tugged his hoodie a bit to make sure it covered his horns. "Haha! Thanks! Cool wings. That's so cool that you can actually fly though." He said in a hushed tone. "Me? I just run fast and climb well. Bound to the ground if you will."

"Thanks but you must be really good at getting away from the government," She said, "where should we go?"

Cody looked around to ensure no one suspicious was near. "You want to know my secret?" he said leaning in a little close to her. "I never stay in the same place twice." he pulled his head away to see the look on her face in reaction to his secret. "You see, the government knows where you live, and they could probably figure out where you like to hang out. So if you never go back to those places and keep moving forward, you stay one step ahead of them."

Sarah nodded, "Smart, where do you stay now?"

"There is an old shack two streets over, at the end. There are 2 bedrooms in it. And I just stocked a cooler with food and other snacks. I actually came into town to get a bad of ice for it. Would you like to come with?' Cody asked.

After awhile Brianna got to heavy to carry, so he set her down. Instantly the little girl attached herself to his hip. More people seemed to show up, only cause Brianna to become even more weary. Nonetheless Jason still introduced himself and Brianna. Explaining their powers and answering any question he can.
