The lead bandit yelled louder. "I DONT THINK YOU HEARD ME! 100 GOLD TOLL!"

Ran turned her head towards the bandit, right when the shifter leaped. She blamed herself for not being of any use for the group right in that moment, but she quickly changed her thoughts and tried to think of some other possibilities of defeating the shifter. The bandits were another factor of concern for her.

Sa'ri stepped off her disc, walking slowly and deliberately up to the leader. " And who gives you the right to tax us?" She said. " As far as I know, the road doesn't belong to anyone."

[The Aristocrat]

The bandit growled. "It belongs to us and we say you have to pay."

The other bandits readied their weapons.

She didn't take any notice of the bandits of they came over to her she would give them a scar they would not forget not worrying about that she pushed Ran down and snarled wolf had only three weak spots;; needles,,,swimming,,,she is such a puppy when it comes to things like collars and that and her natural instinct is to obey most commands.

[InfectedHau]

"Yeah, y'see," Sa'ri said, clasping her staff in both hands, "I don't think I do. In fact, I think you're the ones who have to pay." Raising her staff over her head, she slammed it into the ground, sending a wave of fire over the assembled bandits.

[The Aristocrat]

The lead bandit was caught in the flames and he started screaming, desperately trying to bat out the fire.

The other bandits either died or charged. Arrows flew, aimlessly. Swords and daggers glinted in the sunlight.

[Nefelibata]

Ran tried to focus on regaining her energy, and in less than one moment, thanks to the water spirit's kindness, she could feel energy flowing through her body. She then released water blasts from both of her hands, thus managing to push the shifter at a fair distance away from her. "Defending your pride won't help you, join me in fighting the bandits, so we could both do something useful for the group."She said, turning towards the bandits, and almost waiting for a command from Sa'ri. She placed one of her totems on the ground and released an air blast. It would be powerful enough to spread the fire and scare away the bandits, if that would've been possible.

The leader screamed in pain and brought his mace down on the shifter. This was going to be more trouble than they thought.

Some sudden gilt came over her as she thought of what her farther would say if he'd known what she'd just done. So she lowered her head submissively and walked slowly over to Ran and very lightly brushing her fur against Ran's side. She looked up from ran and at the bandit just as his mace hit her she glared at him and brought her teeth chomping down on his arm standing on the mace her paws in between the spikes, ignoring the pain that rushed through her body.
