Rin smiled, "Its seems we are a magnet for the odd, though I guess it can't be helped with this thing around my neck". She released his hand as they joined Nianna and Taivil back at the wall.

As she sat, a familiar voice came into focus, "Hey! I resent that statement! There's nothing odd about your father watching over you"!

Pallon sat next to her with a laugh. "Oh, yes. Nothing ever odd about that."

Nianna gave them a strange look, but Taivil seemed to be asleep.

Bear chuckled "Thats good to know." He silenced as Tovheir and Cass came towards them.

Tovheir smiled at Lis. "Well that was relatively painless."

Tyr's uncle chuckled deeply. "In order to be wise someone needs to learn from their mistakes."

Lis smiled brightly. "See, you're getting the hang of this whole King thing."

Dann nodded. "More wise words. I need to write these down."

(I will now call Tyr's uncle 'Jukebox', or Juke for short XD)

Rin raised her gem to reveal her father sitting crosslegged in front of them. "It'd be a lot less odd if you were visible to others and I didn't look like a crazy person talking to nothing" She smirked.

Darhem chuckled deeply, "I won't deny that it's a little weird but that's bred into you seeing as you're my daughter. Plus he doesn't help" he hiked a thumb at Pallon.

Tovheir chuckled and grinned.

"Aye, it would seem that your man is quite proficient and fair as a king." Cass added. She shot a glare at Bear.

Bear feined ignorance.

Tyr's uncle chuckled.

Tyr sighed and shook his head. He looked at Dann. "I thought it would best that I tell you something, and it has to be said when Nylie isnt around..."

"How is it I dont help?" Pallon asked.

Lis frowned slightly and moved to stand in front of Bear again.

"Oh?" Dann replied, concern making his expression soften. "It isn't about Nylie, is it?"

Cass raised her hand. "It's fine milady. I have no intention of attacking one of my allies despite my feelings towards him and his mother."

Tovheir looked at Cass with a raised brow. "Wait, you know of his mother?"

Bear seemed only slightly surprised at that.

Tyr frowned slightly. "Well, yes and no..."

Darhem was silent and looked him over with a smiled, putting a finger to his lips looking at Rin.

Rin raised a brow and watched him as he got up and stuck a hand through Pallon's stomach.

"You help her immensely, don't get me wrong, but your father and I are watchin ya boy, we were young once too" Darhem laughed.

Lis moved back, her smile returning.

"What is it?" Dann asked.

Pallon shifted uncomfortably. "Yes, well then that also means you know that I respect your daughter and that I would never do anything to hurt her on purpose."

Cass nodded. "Aye, that I do." She glared at Bear again. "Although I'm more familiar with our father."

Bear muttered a curse and scowled.

"Nylie insisted that we postpone our trip home by at least a day or two after you left. She was concerned about you. She would never have admitted it to anyone, and she used her pregnancy to feign illness." Tyr replied. "Whats more is she asked we go at a slower pace than we really would have."
