Ivy smiled,
"I have earth powers, I think we're about even," she said, beginning to climb. "Meet you at the top." She scurried up the tree like a squirrel.

" Well then, what do you want be good at? If I can control it, I can show you," Skylor said and put her fire out. She rubbed her hands together to create friction.

"I don't know..." I shrug. "Just show me something that you think is cool." I say.

Jhax caught up after a second, her work boots slipped on a branch at one point and she almost fell, but she pushed herself back up onto the next branch and continued climbing.

Ivy jumped from branch to branch, gripping with her hands and feet. She made it half way and waited for Jhix to catch up.
"Come on, slowpoke!" she cried, reaching for the next branch.

Skylor smiled and nodded," okay." She let the flame appear again, in the palm of her hand. She then tarted playing with the tip of the fire with her index and middle fingers. She did this until the flame spilt up into sections and it was out of the palm of her hand and going in between her two fingers. The sections of flame looked like tiny dancers in fire. " I leaned this a little while ago but I still have trouble controlling it sometimes."

Jhax caught up, pushing up ahead of her. "Did you guys, like, want to make it hard to get up here? My god a racoon would fall..." she joked.

'Like I said, there are stairs," Ivy said with a grin. "For the other elementals, who can't climb like racoons.'

Jhax flashed a mischevious grin, "Are we there yet?" she whined.

"Not far now my little smerf," Ivy said with a grin. "Come on, you don't want to take the stairs do you?"
