As Persephone reached a certain part of the forest, she was greeted by the mingling scent of other wolves. Curious, she came closer to see if she could catch a glimpse of anyone. She spotted Destiny's pine fur from afar and watched her carefully. Perri didn't have much experience with other wolves, having lived on her own for most of her life. Hesitantly, she decided that maybe she should try talking to her. I mean, who knows when the next time she'll ever encounter another wolf around these parts is. "Hello.." She murmured a quiet greeting, not wanting to scare the unfamiliar she-wolf.

Destiny's heart stopped beating, her greeting with the small wolf had spooked her and left her wondering. Her heart was in her chest, as she realized the wolf had just spoken to her. Destiny tried to remember in her past when she had ever encountered a wolf that could speak, but whenever she saw a wolf, it would run off in fear as if she was a bigger predator than them. She wanted to speak, to say anything, but her courage was failing with every step. Until she had to, and she gulped, trying to sound in control, but she shook as she just stood there with a gaping mouth. "Oh my gosh.. are you.. are you like me?} she asked, baffled, and wondered if there was a possibility of starting a pack, if anything, find others like her.

When he reached the stream Desmond dipped his head down and began to lap up the cool water. The drink was refreshing quenching his thirst within a few drinks. Lifting his head he brushed his tongue against the sides of his muzzle ridding himself of any loose water droplets. A small breeze rustled up from seemingly no where which caused Desmond to freeze. Every muscle in his body stiffened when the scents of other wolves traveled by on the wind. A low growl erupted within his chest and his ears bent back as his fur bristled up. The male decided he had two options; he could run off and avoid the wolves or meet them head on. It was then that his wolf way of thinking kicked in. Other wolves meant a chance for a pack, a chance to show dominance, and more importantly a chance for a mate. It was clear which side would win between the wolf and the human. The jet black brute then headed off towards the scents. His snout to the air Desmond followed the scent weaving here and there until he saw them just ahead, two females.

"I believe so." she said, her eyes lighting up in amusement. "Have you never meet anyone like us before? You seem a little... surprised." Persephone thought about how she could approach her without scaring her off. She seemed to be a bit jumpy and Perri really didn't want to scare her off, not when she longed for some, any, interaction with someone who understood her.

Past;; As a young pup, she was always followed by a certain presence. Her mother named her Vidis (which means spirit of forest) because a spirit of a wolf stood over her. Adriane, Vidis' mother, feared the wolf was with evil power and fled, leaving her homeland and mate, Zachary.

As time passed, Vidis grew and grew very beautiful with her long, black hair and unusual gray eyes. It was common to have gray eyes, but Vidis' eyes were different, which made her special. Adriane never told her secret of their past and species. This secret wouldn't be hidden forever. It showed very quickly.

In high school, Vidis got piercings and dyed her hair blue, though that wasn't her favorite color. She just thought it looked good on her. It was late afternoon and Vidis felt this aggression. She attacked a boy named Benjamin. He described that a wolf attacked him. Not Vidis. As soon as she came home, she then charged at Adriane, wounding her badly. She then left, leaving her mother to die. "She deserved it." She would say, but she never meant it. It always felt like someone else said it.

Two years later, Vidis soon learned that she was a wolf. It all made sense. Now, she is always to herself and hopes to never hurt anyone again.

Destiny shivered a bit, nodding and trying to calm down. She didn't know whether or not to trust this wolf, but she was giving her a chance, and Destiny owed it to her to do the same. She might be friends with her, perhaps best, but it would take time and lots of events to happen. If destiny found others, would it be possible to start a pack, or so they say, something consisted of mates and pups and elders? She shook her head to break her reverie, deciding to start a greeting. "I'm destiny. And no, I haven't ever seen another one like me before. I'm half convinced this could be just a dream and I'll wake up very baffled and disoriented." She sighed, trying to kick her wolf instincts back into gear, but as she was going to speak once more, another wolfs scent wafted through her mind, making her tail set on edge and her ears prick. "We aren't alone. Theres another one, of us." She set her instincts on alarm, waiting to see what was coming, her heart racing in her chest as adrenaline pumped through, forcefully and swiftly. How many wolves were in the clearing, exactly? Destiny wondered this and gulped at the amount that could be hidden right under her nose.
