Desmond first changed at the age of 16. He was the first in his family to ever change so the entire transformation was a shock to everyone. At first his family tried to deal with it since he was their son after all. The challenge of helping him control himself however proved to be to great of a challenge for his family especially the one day he just snapped. Desmond was the oldest of three sons. At first he would wrestle and argue with his siblings like any other brother that is until he turned. From then on out he had to be careful of his temper and control himself. His brothers however didn't understand what he was going through and still poked and prodded like normal. After an unusually bad day added in with the sibling prodding Desmond snapped. What should have been a friendly sibling wrestling matches turned gruesome. Desmond shifted and accidentally bit his brother to the point where he had to have surgery to repair the damage. His family deemed him to dangerous to be around and sent him off to a special place. What they thought was a safe haven for people like Desmond turned out to be nothing more then an experimental facility. Day in and day out scientists would try and discover the secrets of the "werewolf". As years passed Desmond grew more and more unstable, a more feral side taking control. Eventually he once again snapped and attacked a scientist. He made his escape, it was sheer luck that he survived. Ever since then he's been on his own.
Personality
Desmond is more feral then human at this point so he is a wild one of sorts. He is a solitary soul and prefers it that way. Due to his past he has a hard time trusting anyone. There is a sort of darkness within him which has caused a deep hatred towards humans.

Harlow led a pretty normal life as a child. His parent divorced before he entered kindergarten, but as it turned out, when his mother remarried, his stepfather proved to be rather acceptable. It wasn't until his teen years that life became stressful for him. He was indecisive as to what career path to choose after his senior year, and all his parents would do was hound him over it. "Become a lawyer! Become a neurosurgeon! A rocket scientist!" The point was, his parents had higher expectations for him than he could ever dream of fulfilling. One day, he decided to tell them he wanted to be a garbage collector just to see what they'd do. They flipped on him, and that's when real tensions began. He constantly argued with his parents over potential careers, and, as the arguments lasted and lasted until he got so tired of it that he said he'd forget a job altogether and work at some fast food joint for the rest of his life. In the meantime, Harlow got a little messed up with a bad group of kids at his school. Skipping the details, he eventually met a rather attractive girl who he unintentionally got pregnant. She wanted nothing to do with him afterwards despite the fact that he actually begged to be a part of the child's life. It was during this very time that Harlow was noticing...changes, where he eventually discovered the canine half of himself. He kept it very quiet and secret. However, it gave him all the more reason to try to convince his ex-girlfriend to let him be a part of their life. He feared desperately that the child they had created would end up whatever monster he was, and he felt a strong need to make sure that he could protect it. Meanwhile, his stress caused him to flunk out of school and his parents, for all of his mistakes, deemed him an utter disappointment. They kicked him out before his eighteenth birthday, leaving him to scramble for a place to stay and a source of income. As soon as he figured out his child had been born, he took his ex-girlfriend to court in an attempt to gain partial custody of the child. However, his lifestyle choices ended up awarding his ex with full custody of the child. When that was ruled, Harlow gave up on life and ran from his hometown and everything else, trying to find a new life as the creature he learned he was.

Personality:
Mainly, Harlow is quiet. In fact, there's more of a chance that he will ignore a person than there is that he will actually answer them. He's not shy, but he is painfully reserved. He is more than just uncomfortable talking about himself or his past, although he particularly does not enjoy talking about his uniqueness as a werewolf. Despite his silence, Harlow thinks a million things.Whether his stare is thoughtful or distant, there is always plenty going through his mind. Harlow also has a lot of common sense and seems to have good instincts. Despite his usually stony demeanor, Harlow is a rather skittish person.If you catch him off guard, his is liable to punch you in the face before he really knows who you are. Despite his aloof and distant nature, Harlow is actually a very loyal young man who would do anything for those he loves. He also seems to harbor a good amount of selflessness, often found helping others before he will himself. However, his helpfulness has taken a sharp decline in recent years. Nonetheless, the potential is still there, and, despite his flaws, Harlow can open up and be a genuinely nice young man.

Derrick grew up in a very wealthy family. His father was the CEO of a very wealthy company and was always away on business. As a result, Derrick grew up in a lonely mansion with only his mother, who proved to bee too selfish and busy to give him the time of day. Derrick, then, grew up rather alone with everything he could ever really want at his fingertips. However, Derrick never really cared about things. Rather, he wanted his mothers attention. He strove to get it through misbehaving. This lasted into his teen years, where he eventually started trying alcohol and set up a scenario for his mother to catch him. Still, his mother halfheartedly scolded him. However, when his distant father eventually found out about his small retaliation, Derrick was sent to a strict boarding school by the time he was sixteen. There he discovered what he really was. When a teacher at the school found out about his true nature, they proved to be very knowledgeable about it and even revealed to him they were, too, a werewolf. However, they warned him of the dangers it presented and advised him to go off and find a young colony of his own kind to learn from. Of course, Derrick didn't listen and instead used the teacher's free excuse to leave just to cause trouble. A lot of the trouble he caused was with the help of his alternate form. However, one day he was caught for what he was and narrowly escaped getting killed. That shook him up enough for him to take his old teacher's advice and seek others like himself.

Personality:
Derrick is a daring young man who loves to live life on the edge and stare death right in the face for the sheer adrenaline factor. He is a rebellious individual who is constantly bending the rules and testing the boundaries of his superiors, often overstepping those boundaries. He isn't exactly social, but he's not afraid to talk. He's quite mischievous, and is often plotting ways to entertain himself and is happy to drag anyone else into any plans he's made, no matter how much danger he could be putting them in. He's quite the sexist young man, and views women as weak and useless individuals, seeing their only purpose as being attractive to a man's eye. However, despite this young man's character flaws, a lot of his problems and behavior stem for a strong feeling of being unwanted as well as a fair amount of worthlessness. He is actually capable of being an enjoyable, pleasant individual. He just chooses not to, and maybe that is because he's never found anyone that has made him really want to be better.

Lisette was born the oldest to a twin sister in France. However, for whatever reason, both her and her sister ended up finding themselves in an orphanage before they were even old enough to talk. In fear of being adopted without her sister, Lisette always made sure to be as unattractive as possible to any potential adopters. Unfortunately, her sister, a rather loveable redhead, was adopted without her. However, they were allowed to keep in contact with one another, which they did for some years. However, as her sister grew older and became more caught up in her new life, she stopped responding to Lisette's attempts to reach out to her. Lisette never heard from her sister again. By the time she was nearing the age sixteen, Lisette used her school to sign up for a learning abroad experience where America was the destination. After working out a few things, she managed to successfully secure herself a ticket to America for her junior year. She soon arrived and became very popular for something as silly as her accent, and she quickly fell in love with her new school and all of America. However, hardly more than halfway through her school year, something strange happened. She discovered things about herself that she was sure were not normal, because being able to turn into a wolf would be a pretty discussed topic if it were normal, she thought. She turned to researching online only to figure out creatures such as herself were hunted down. Such news scared her sick. However, she also read about rumors of clans that banded together for protection. Immediately, she dropped her life to find one of those clans, desperate for answers.

Personality:
Lisette is the definition of a lighthearted character. She is always laughing, smiling, and having a good time. In fact, it is her very goal in life to have as much fun and adventure as possible before she dies. Impulsive by nature, Lisette does not really think before she acts. She is a very sensual person, meaning that anything she feels, she does before she realizes any potential consequences. As a result, Lisette can get herself into some pretty tricky situations and can easily end up with a very hurt heart. In fact, Lisette is a very sensitive young girl who can be beaten down by nothing more than a harsh tone or a cross look. Many consider her weak because she cries easily, and Lisette can't honestly com e up with a good argument against it. Regardless, she tries to keep up the strength and spirit of others. She often plays the role of the court jester even when she might internally be dying, doing all but standing on her head to keep people laughing and smiling. She is very attune to the emotions of others and knows how to deal with just about anyone with an undeniable passion and genuine concern. Without realizing it, Lisette is actually quite the flirt with boys and tends to be rather popular with them. Despite her love of adventure and zeal for it, Lisette tends to contradict herself by being quite the scardy-cat.
