"Thank you kind sir." I said, catching the shirt and, taking my homely poncho off, I managed to pull on the clothing without causing myself too much pain. I tried to stand, but I could only make it to a sitting position. I considered calling back Chester and taking him up on his offer of pain killers, and I decided I would hold it off until he was done talking with Ellie. Instead, I waved my arms around and beckoned for Leena to come to me, even though I still felt a little woozy from the procedure.

I notice Connor beckoning me to come over. I uncross my arm and look a bit surprised. Why does he what me to come over? I causally walk over to him, nonetheless.

I smiled a silly half smile as she walked over, which is really all I was capable of making at the moment. "Hey Leena," I whispered, keeping my voice just loud enough for her to hear, "Do you want to get back at Ki?" I crossed my fingers and hoped she would say yes.

"I don't see why not" I say with mischievous grin. I never see anything wrong with revenge. I'm not quite sure what she did to him or if she did everything to him but I agree either way. He seems like he really wanted me to say yes, anyways.

Devin

Devin was about to go help Conner when he beckoned to Leena, it had taken her a moment to register and process what the guy had said. She was on the verge of sleep. Devin yawned before looking at Taegen. If she was near Taegen she would be able to help everyone. Devin walked over to Taegen and sat by him but not touching him, she'd noticed how hesitant he was around people. "Can you help me?" She asked, "I need an amplifier so I can help everyone." She didn't wait for Taegen's permission and grabbed his hand concentrating on her energy stores. She sent a little bit of the energy to each person that was hurt, everyone but Taegen himself, maybe Cora too, from the looks of it. She gives each person a little bit on the energy, enough to amplify their own healing abilities, now they would only take a couple days to fully heal, before letting Taegen go, "There, now we won't have to wait weeks to do anything," She said before promptly passing out.

Taegen

Taegen cringed when Devin sat by him, he had been about to go to bed. And almost scrambled away when she grabbed his hand, unsure of what she'd said. He himself felt drained when Devin let go, also feeling like he was about to pass out. But he took a deep breath to keep himself awake before looking at Devin. He noticed the blood on her arm and cringed. She'd obviously pushed herself too far.

She thinks like me, I thought with a grin and I forced my body to stand despite the pain. Some part of me was aware that there were possibly monsters inside and out of this place who could kill me in a glance, but that didn't stop me from enjoying myself and having some mischief. "Come on, she's already gone to bed." I started down the hall, half stumbling and half shuffling, and looked behind me to see if she would follow. Then ,one moment, I stopped in my tracks as I felt a strange sensation come over me. It was like a warm cherry scented breeze had passed thru me instead of around me and the pain I had felt became dulled and distant, but only for a second. I breathed in deeply and exhaled in long sigh. Thank you, I thought, not sure of who I was thanking but wanting to show gratitude. I turned to Leena and asked, "Did you feel that, too?"

I listen in on Leena and Conner's conversation. Just before they leave I say, "Just remember she's armed". I don't agree with revenge but why not? I don't have anything left to loose except my life, it could be funny. I feel something rush through me and sit bolt upright, "What was that?" I ask. The pain in my arm goes down and my energy level goes up, whatever it was, I'm glad it happened. I turn to Chexie and smile a little, "Well there wasn't a good reason to leave you was there?" I ask him, looking at his wounds. "To be honest I'm surprised we all lived" I add, looking around at the mess of people.

I follow Conner down the hall, stopping abruptly when he stops. "Feel what?" I ask slightly confused, other then the exciting feeling of revenge I had feel nothing. Maybe he feeling the same attraction the object in the green highlighted haired girl's hovering-box-thing. I doubt it though. Was I supposed to be feeling something that I wasn't? Just another oddity of my life I guess...

He chuckled, "oh well you could have easily left me. People have done it to me before." He smiled his sweet smile, looking like an innocent child. He crossed his arms and leaned agianst the wall. "If you ever need help with anything, I would be more than glad to see if I could possibly assist." He watched Conner and Ki leave to give their pay back. This caused him to think about how all these people have argued, fought, and decieved each other in just the hour or two he has known them. He decided to try his best to stay on all of their good sides and hoped they would eventually learn to be kind to each other. Cruelness and panick gets no one anywhere but in the earth.
Startled, he looked to Ellie when she jumped. "What was what?" He muttered.

"Nothing." I said, shaking my head and I continued on walking. I could barley understand the sensation I had felt, so there was no use trying to explain it. "Just remember she's armed." I heard Ellie say and I turned to give her another one of my half smiles. So am I, I thought, but not in a umbrageous way. That was one of differences between Ellie and Kilee. Ellie was cautious, Ki was aggressive. Among other things, I thought, looking at Leena. The sleeping quarters were still a short walk away, so I decided to ask her a question that had been bugging me. "You and Ki were already ramming heads when I met you." I said, "What happened? Was it hate at first sight?"
