Alec - Beta - 21

Carefully assessing the human, Alec slowly began to nudge her in the right direction. His calm demeanour flaring up at the mention of disobeying an order. His growl would fall on deaf ears, “I wouldn’t want a stray scent filling the home of our ancestors.” Alec exclaimed. He wouldn’t want any ancestral piece to be vandalised by some trespasser’s blood. His tail furiously flicking up against the humans legs as Von continued to talk of possible treason. Striking a nerve, Alec knew he should put the mutt back into his position. “Shut your mouth mutt!” Alec ordered, the fur on his back rising, a vicious growl and bark escaping his lips and his jaws snapping at the insolent warrior. Daring him to attack his beta. He wouldn’t tolerate such bad mouthing.

Lucy - human - 23

“Do you know where you planned on going next?” Lucy asked curiously, a smile forming on her lips. This sounded like it could be fun, maybe a little dangerous but she had faith that Oliver would surely look after Mika. Upon hearing what she said, a small shocked and slightly scared expressions masked her face, “Are you sure? I mean, I can take you there. I just, what happens if we run into the wolf and it attacks?” She asked, her eyes flickering towards Oliver as he growled. Looking in the same direction as the tamed wolf she could have almost sworn she caught a glimpse of something. Maybe she is just stuck in dream world?

Von's expression did not change from the bored one he had been wearing. Though the seriousness in his eyes remained. "Looks like I touched a nerve." He said obviously. "Are you that insecure of your position Alec?" He asked as he padded along the other side of the girl. "That you would not only lash out but in front of an outsider. Such an act does not show strength you know." He said as he pushed on. Von's tone was eerily calm.

Alec - Beta - 21

Being one 21 with an alpha much older than he was, Alec had received plenty of criticism and remarks before about his rank. He couldn’t say what had pushed Novak into picking him as a beta, he probably will never understand what was going through his mind. Right now? He didn’t want to disgrace his ancestors with the blood of an imposter. He’d rather clean it up then take her to the catacombs. Taking a few deep breaths a sharp growl passed his lips, “I refuse to idle on disrespectful, insubordination. You know what you are doing Von.” Alec growled, forcing himself to relax. He didn’t respond to his next comment, fortunately for the intruder. He found it difficult to simply kill someone for petty things. “Return to your post warrior.”

Eris rested her head back, waiting for her water to boil. Once a few minutes had passed, she figured her water would be hot enough. She grabbed a box of hot chocolate packets out of her cabinet. Picking out a cup and ladling the hot water into it, she then picked up a hot chocolate packet and emptied the contents into the cup. She mixed it with a spoon, then went and sat back down where she had previously sat. She sipped the hot chocolate, then sat it on a nearby table. Eris then picked up her drawing book. Skimming through it, you could see all the wolf pictures she had drawn. They were almost exact replicas of her pack mates.

Rayne rolled her eyes. "If we're done with the dominance display, can we get going boys? I would hate to walk around in the dark." She limped forward a tad bit faster in the direction chosen. She needed to get healed if she wanted to continue her journey. Being sick and injured would help nothing. Rayne looked down at Alec and Von. "At least he has some hospitality. Or at least, a sliver of it which is more than you might have." She bared her teeth again at him before continuing on her journey.

Von smirked. "Like I would take an order from you." He stated. Von was one of the few who did not obey Alec. He did not care if he was the beta or not. The fact was that if he couldn't fallow simple orders like this he was not cut out to be a beta in the first place. He looked towards the girl with the same bored expression before looking back towards Alec. He circled them both before stopping beside Alec. "Sowing weakness towards an outsider is no way to prove your worth." He stated before starting in the direction of the mountain peak. Novak's peak.

Mika smiled. "If you know how to act with a wolf, more so one of that size, then you will not be attacked." She told Lucy. "Besides, I have a feeling that these are not your everyday, run of the mill wolves." She added. Mikael looked to Oliver when he growled and set a hand on his head. She had noticed he growled at some people the same way he growled at animals or in warning to the wolves. This was part of her suspicion about them.

Novak back tracked his way towards the area where he had left his beta with the intruder. He started towards the catacombs. However he stopped when their sent veered off. A low growl escaped him. Going in the direction of their sect he knew where Alec was taking her. His tail thrashed with irritation. He thought of going strait after them and putting Alec in his place then and there. Though the sent of another filtered into the sents. The warrior, Von. The sent that was there told Novak that he was in a rather fowl and bloody mood at the moment. Yet he soon found the sent heading back to the peak. Novak nodded before taking a detour around the pair and heading strait for Alec's cabin. He did not much care for the she wolf to know the location of any of their homes. If Alec was being ignorant enough to show her his then it was his own fault if she came back when he was asleep and vulnerable.

Alec - Beta - 21

Alec knew he was disobeying an order. Losing credibility and respect he’d fought so hard to gain with his pack mates. Ignoring the insults and comments made by Von, Alec shifted back into his human form. Ignorant of the results, von sounded close to his father, a fact he would rather choose to ignore. Running a hand through his hair and letting audibly exhaling, Alec looked towards the blonde before him. “Sorry love,” He muttered, suddenly picking her up. He’d find a first aid kit elsewhere. For now, he’d deal with it. Changing their veering off their route he walked towards the catacombs, “At least I’m not trying to kill you more like it,” he corrected. Finding himself in familiar territory, tracking old trails that led him to the back entrance of the catacombs. Unfortunately, he might have to get her to shift again.

Lucy - human - 23

Lucy looked at the young woman, absorbing every detail. “Girl, you seem to know all the answers. Teach me your wolfy ways,” She said, a happy grin on her face. What did she mean by that? Not your everyday wolves? “How so? I thought because of the territory and ancestry of the pack they were just… different? And big?” She asked, struggling to find the correct word. What was her friend getting into?

Rayne's brow creased in confusion before she yelled on in astonishment. She beat her fists in a taboo upon his back and yelled furiously at him. "Put me down you overgrown mutt!" Came spilling out. Rayne was left looking at Alec's broad back and used his shirt to her leverage. She dug her fingers into his back and slowly, but steadily began climbing his back. "What happened to not going to the catacombs?" She growled out as she finally got herself upright. Her hands pressed down on his shoulders as she looked at him with flashing green eyes. "I can walk myself," she growled at him.

After finishing her hot chocolate, she shut her drawing book. It had several different wolves from her pack drawn in detail, but she'd never show it to anyone. She got up, and tugged her black leather jacket tightly around her before walking out the door. She urged herself to shift, and then the small burning sensation came. Moments later, she was in wolf form again. Eris let out a howl of joy before taking off wildly into the trees. Wolves were common and many knew about them, but she always was wary and stayed away from the town. If she let their secret out, she would most likely be killed, kicked out of the pack, or imprisoned.
