Lyssa May Hartley ✿ Female ✿ 16 ✿ Feeling: Happy ✿ Single

"Hey," Lyssa giggled, giving the boy a small hug back whilst keeping a conscious eye on her bag, "it's good to see you, what are you doing around this neck of the woods??" She tried to make conversation which would seem casual to passersby. Reaching down to pick up her backpack she slung it on one of her shoulders, and then gripped Teddy's hand, slowly pulling him forwards.

I was lost in thought as I walked. So many artist were out today. I had a police radio in my bag which I had found in the station. I was making my way towards one of the most recent acts of vandalism. That was when I saw the mess of colour trying to hide in the crowd. I raised the camera and took a picture of the boy before rushing over to him. "You poor thing," I gasped, it sounded real. "You must have caught one of those graffiti artist and tried to stop him." My voice was believable but my lie wasn't. It was the best I could do short notice. I urged him with my eyes to play along or come up with a better lie. I took off my coat and held it out to him. "Here cover yourself up, you don't want people think your one of the rebels." That part was true, if they thought he was a paint splatter they'd arrest him, maybe even execute him.

(Just incase it wasn't clear I'm talking to Casey)

      Casey Waters
He heard a voice and his head snapped up to look at whoever it was. He blinked, a confused expression on his face. "Huh? No, I-" he cut himself off, realizing she was trying to help him. Casey rubbed the back of his neck. "Oh, right. Uh, thanks." he took her coat and just put it over himself, hiding his hands in the sleeves. He started to walk slowly, motioning with his head for her to follow him.

So he had decided to stick with the rubbish I had come off with, fair enough. I followed him as he had gestured for me to do so. I wasn't sure what to expect or where he was leading me but I said nothing and made no objection. Something churned in my stomach, I was helping a criminal escape the police. God if my father knew he'd skin me alive. I said nothing and just followed but I felt cautious. Maybe there was a real reason I wasn't meant to associate with them, maybe there was a real reason he was a criminal.

He glanced back at her to make sure she was following before he picked up the pace. He leaad her behind a gray building so they wouldn't be seen. He then took off the coat and handed it back to her, pulling his hood down. "Thanks. I didn't notice there was any police over there." he said quietly, glancing around. Casey noticed she had a camera, and looked at her, leaning against the building. "What's that for?" he asked, motioning to the camera.

"Someone was going to call the police in a moment anyway," I laughed. When he asked about the camera I smiled slightly and lifted it up, looking at it. "I love journalism," I admitted laughing awkwardly. "Well I like journalism that isn't biased so I make my own articles and stuff. It's more of a hobby than anything else. No one reads anything I write but it gives me something to do." I looked up at him, the camera still in my hands. Most people just thought it was a quirk, it wasn't approved of but it was tolerated. "There's a picture on there of you actually, I understand if you want me to delete it though." It had been a really nice picture too, the one defiant boy amongst the sea of black and white. I felt so bland next to him in my grey dress, black scarf and boots.

He nodded and smiled a little. "Oh, that's cool." he said with a small smile. He tilted his head slightly when she said there was a picture of him on there. He wondered when she had took it. "Really? When did you take that? I didn't notice.." he said, then quickly added, "You don't have to delete it." Casey looked at her clothes. He wanted so badly to wipe some purple paint on her dress, to give it some color. But he didn't think she would appreciate that.

Jupiter

I raised an eyebrow at 'bonding time' but didn't comment.
"Sure," I replied, with a shrug. I put my paintbrush down. "Just let me grab my hoodie and paints andthen I'll head."

Kris

I watched the girl hug the boy, and frowned. His hands were colourful too. Disgusting.
'But a nice change'.
With a glower at my talkative conscience, I moved away, but not too far that I lost sight of them. I wasn't losing this chance.
Sorry, everyone. I'm trying to delete this account, I don't use it and it's a bit of a waste. So bye, everyone. T-T

"It was just before I walked up to you," I grinned flicking through my saved pictures to find it. "You're looking away from me in the picture so you wouldn't have noticed." I found the picture and turned the camera around so he could see. "I know compared to the sort of thing you guys paint it's not really that interesting but I think it looks amazing." The picture had come out really well, the focus was perfect and it looked incredible and it would look even better when I got it printed.
