Lyssa May Hartley ✿ Female ✿ 16 ✿ Feeling: Happy ✿ Single

Walking through the street quietly, with her head down, Lyssa refused to make eye contact with any of the colourless. She felt sympathy for them, and wished that it was possible to enlighten them all at once, but she knew that was an unrealistic goal. Her headphones booming, she was just a normal citizen in their eyes, if they only knew the truth. She'd been covering her trail for an hour now after doing a masterpiece on a police training station a couple of blocks away. Her legs were growing tired, but she couldn't stop smiling.

Name:
Teddy Barnett
Age:
17
Gender:
Male
Personality:
Teddy is basically an overgrown puppy. He is loud and sociable, always trying to make those around him laugh or smile, even if the timing isn't appropriate. Due to his stoic and cold family, he craves attention and fears being alone more than anything. Due to this, he is very touchy-feely, and talkative with little concepts of boundries, which sometimes annoys others. He is basically an open book with the other paint splatters, and always expressing his emotions in diffrent wasy. When happy, Teddy will brake out in spontaneous dance. When Sad, he's not afraid to shed some tears. Teddy also expects others to be as open and honest as him so he is very trustworthy, and easily persuaded or impressed by other people. He will sometimes allow himself to be emotionaly manipulated by others. Also, Teddy loves to try new things and is always suggesting some weird and crazy idea to have fun.

History: He has grown up with a normal, boring family in the city, along with his boring parents and equally boring elder sister, Sarah.
Sarah was a model citizen, average in every way. Yet, when Sarah was young, the two had an unordinary bond, where the two would lay side by side under the sky and list as many thigns in as many catagories as possible. It was as crative as she could get. When Teddy was nine, Sarah left to finishing school, and life got harder for the boy. He never really fit in, and as much as he tried to be normal, teddy continuously messed up. This made him different and seperated from other people. Eventually teddy found himself trapped, stuck in a way of life that was slowly poising him, sucking the will to live out of him. That changed tough, when he saw some art, grafitted by the splatters for the first time...

Name:
Nina Watt
Age:
17
Gender:
Female
Personality:
Quietly curious, she wonders about everything but asks about nothing. She is not a quiet person however and could make small talk for hours about the horrifically mundane. She never talks to anyone about what she really thinks or feels as this urge was suppressed during childhood years. She has strong aspirations and dreams and works for them. She appears to be the perfect child her parents dreamt of on the outside but is someone else inside. She will help anyone and in a world where you can trust no one she is possibly one of the only few imposibilities of a decent human being.
History:
Nina's father works for the police, specifically the department searching for the paint-splatters. He is high in the ranks and hence is well paid. This made Nina's life relatively cushioned, she didn't live in poverty or squaller but you couldn't be blind or ignorant of it. There was pressure on Nina her whole life to be the perfect daughter her parents always wanted, she was an only child. She learnt early on not to ask questions or offer opinions other than "Yes mother" or "Of course father." Her parents were not her friends, they were her boss and they would never understand her, but she was OK with that. She knew her parents and her were just too different. She wants to be a journalist, to be honest she wants to spread the truth but newspapers are all government controlled and she knows she will never be able to. She carries a camera with her everywhere, taking pictures of graffiti, rebels, crime anything she sees she photographs. She writes articles and reports for her photos but she keeps them hidden. If anyone knew they'd think she was a rebel.
Secret Rebel Thoughts?:
She wants to speak up but never will. At least not publicly. She's more afraid of her parents' reactions than anything the government might try. She still believes that the court at least isn't corrupt and retains the belief that justice exists.
Opinion on Paint Splatters:
Admires them, she'll never say but she doesn't believe them evil or criminal, but rather a beacon of hope. She loves what they do but won't join them.
Strengths:
Can make others listen and is good with her words. She knows what needs said and how to say it. She is a good speaker and cares very little about the opinions of others, apart from her parents. It's not that she doesn't care it's just that she can understand what brought them to think that and doesn't blame them for their opinions.
Weaknesses:
Cares too much and is centred too much around what her parents think of her. Although she does have her own feelings and thoughts when she is around her parents you wouldn't think so. She is also too apprehensive and cautious therefore over thinking simple decisions.
Other:
She has 'aquired' special ink from her father's work so she can print her pictures in colour if she chooses to.

True that he's no prince charming, but there's something in him that I simply didn't see.

((Both accepted. :) ))
Jupiter

I looked up as Ari approached. I smiled.
"I don't believe in slow days, I replied, nodding my head in time to the music blasting in my ears. "I f you're bored, be artistic. After all, that's what we're promoting, isn't it?"
I myself was finishing off a painting, a crowd of black and white people with one colourful person in the center. It was a pretty normal one for Paint Splatters to paint, but I was feeling unoriginal.

Kris

I was staring at the ground, annoyed. I had been tailing the same damn rebel for ages after she'd graffitied the police training station. I had lost her ages ago, but wasn't going back empty handed. A blonde in headphones. Why was it so hard to find a blonde in headphones? She probablyhad filthy hands as well, covered in the paint she'd used to vandalise that perfectly good building.
'You can't deny it's pretty though.'
I willed my doubts to shut up, just this once, and just as I did so, I saw her.
Blonde in headphones.
I walked quickly after her, and fell in a couple feet behind her. With any luck, she'd lead me straight to the base.
Sorry, everyone. I'm trying to delete this account, I don't use it and it's a bit of a waste. So bye, everyone. T-T

Lyssa May Hartley ✿ Female ✿ 16 ✿ Feeling: Happy ✿ Single

Not quite sure where to go, or whether she was being followed, Lyssa decided to turn back, and walk towards the scene of her crime. She could blend in with onlookers who were shocked, and see the angry expressions of the police as they hurried people on. It was perfect, made her seem like part of the crowd. She turned on her heel and immediately spotted someone who looked out of place. Eyes narrowing, she began to walk once again, knowing she would have to work harder.

Teddy,

It almost hurt to wait the threeblock of walking away from my masterpiece to crack a smile. I counted in my head.
Five, Four, Three, Two, One. I heard a small scream, and caught a few officers running over to where I had created the art. This time I had to duck into an alley to hide my laughter, since such things weren't allowed here. I mission was to create something eye-catching. I think The president riding on a toucan with a pink mustache would qualify. I painted a frown back on my face and rushed out on the street, eager to find the others.

Lyssa May Hartley ✿ Female ✿ 16 ✿ Feeling: Happy ✿ Single

Spotting Teddy from a mile off, Lyssa decided that scooping him up on her way to the training building would make her even more invisible, purely because walking alone could make her seem suspicious, especially at this time of day. Walking up to him she wasn't sure he'd seen her and so she purposely bumped into him, her backpack falling off her shoulder and landing on the floor with a 'thud'.

He smiled as he finished off the picture and stepped back to admire his masterpiece of the president with a rainbow afro. He giggled before pulling his hood up to hide his face and hair. He noticed some police starting to head over and quickly took off, trying to blend in with a crowd. But it's kind of hard to do that when you're wearing colorful clothes and have paint all over your hands and face.

Teddy

I was looking into the sky when I felt a bump from behind, and something thumped on the pavement. Better not be a policeman, or my father. I whipped around, and a smile broke on my face. Standing there was someone blonde, beautiful and reconizable.
"Lyssa!" I jumped in for a hug, forgetting about where we were.
