Part of her family was part of the Paint Splatters, until her family died in a burning building when she was 9 which she thinks the government set the building on fire. She wants to avenge her family's death.

Lyssa is known to be quite a shy girl from the perspectives of those whom are colourless, mainly because she rarely talks and when she does, it's never to voice her own opinions, only to agree with those who are speaking. Due to her being a little smaller than those her age, she's often viewed as quite vulnerable, a misconception that she, in fact, likes to play with and respond to, as it makes her seem innocent, and as though she could do no wrong. However Lyssa isn't shy, nor is she vulnerable and innocent; when given the chance to show this around others who belong to the Paint Splatter group, she doesn't back away from the opportunity. Talkative and friendly, as well as protective of her friends, Lyssa doesn't claim to be perfect, quite the opposite really, but she doesn't believe that the world that society views as the norm is perfect either.
History:
Growing up as part of a wealthy family, Lyssa was given everything she wanted as a child. But more than anything she was protected from the outside world, her parents claiming it was dangerous, meaning she only ever saw one side of the city. That was the side with glamour and wealth, no expenses were too large for the Hartley's. One day, at the age of 12, Lyssa went on a walk; she walked all the way to the other side of town where she found poverty. When she came across poverty, she came across colour; that was the factor that caused her to resent her wealth, and she decided to use it against the government, meaning that colour was the way forward.

To get back at the government for allowing people to suffer the way they do.
Strengths:
Drawing abilities are good, as are her spray painting skills, meaning she can stencil with ease. Using her wealth she can be quite an influential figure, meaning publicity of certain 'stunts' pulled by the Paint Splatters can be blown up massively. She's caring, and can be quite funny at times. Lyssa also has the ability to fight.
Weaknesses:
That being said, when Lyssa fights, she does it kicking and screaming, attracting the attention of people that may then make situations worse. Lyssa can be loud, careless, and above all, she is a massive klutz, which can often lead to her falling over, making a mess of things, and endangering the lives of others.

He is tall and slim, since he doesn't really eat much. He has pale skin and dark eyes. His hair is like a rainbow, mixed with purple, red, silver, green, blue, and orange. His pale arms are covered in scars, so he always wears these bands and bracelets to cover his arms and wrists. He has 7/16" gauges and two lip rings. Casey is usually wearing black, red, blue, white, or rainbow skinny jeans with a muscle shirt or v-neck.

Casey hates being around people, they scare him, actually. If someone tries to touch him, he freaks out. He hasn't even had a real hug because of this. He is very secretive, and won't tell you a thing about him unless he is your friend. Once you get him to open up, Casey can be sweet and childish. He likes playing pranks on people and messing with them. He also loves to paint and is often seen with paint on his hands and face.
