" i wonder if Alice knows that ..." he murmured, soon letting out a sigh. "i care about her a lot, she's my sister ... and even though she pushes me away i still try to be close to her ... i don't want to lose the only family i have left just yet ..." he mumbled under his breath, then turned to Sean and poked him in the chest. "if you don't take good care of her when im gone im gonna come back from the briney deep and give you so many nuggies you'll have an eneminie hair do." he mocked slightly, though it was much weaker then his earlier jest with the being gentle thing.

Zero nuzzled her then kissed her cheek. "I love you Kaii..." He whispered quietly before falling asleep.

"OW!" Diago yelped as she bit his arm. With an angry growl, he slammed her hard into a rocky cliff and bit down hard on her tail fin, making a new rip that went from the middle to the end. Shoving her hard, he snapped, "Get searching before you make me do something I might regret later!!"

Delilah's pupils, at the scent of blood, dilated and nearly consumed her iris. She slowly turned to look at Diago. "You made a mistake," she said. "I hope you make it work in your favour because I really am starving."

Kaii told her maidservant to take Zero to a room while he slept. They came and took him, leaving her alone with her advisors. "Then I say we are agreed," Kaii said in a new spot an hour later. "This is the only way, then."

"Get searching and then you can eat," Diago growled out firmly, his own pupils dilating and covering his entire eye as he pulled his lips back, revealing the several rows of shark teeth. Normally, they were hidden and only normal teeth could be seen. However, he revealed more of his shark nature when he was angry or simply on command.

Zero soon woke. He looked around to see that he had moved, but also that Kaii was not here. He got up quickly to look for her in a panic. "Kaii! Kaii!"

"is there anything I can do to help?" Sam asked.

"you're welcome." Sapphire replied with a faint blush. "when i was sad, all i wanted was for someone to hug me." she held on for a little bit longer before slowly releasing Zeke.

"well it's close to the shore, it has a front porch made of wood overlooking the ocean and propped up by stilts. on the inside the floor is cream colored diamond shaped tiles and it has a sitting room with periwinkle shag carpet and brown couches." Skye replied. "the walls are also painted light blue."

Zeke smiled up at Sapphire saying softly, "My brother was the same way. He used to say that hugs could cure everything if enough of them were given."

"I hope I get to see it some day soon. Your home sounds like a lovely place," Sawyer replied, smiling over his shoulder at her as he tickled a small clown fish.

"your brother sounds like he was a wonderful merperson." Sapphire replied. "i'm sorry you had to lose him."

"i hope you can too. there are a lot of things on land i'd like to show you." Skye replied, swimming on her back.
