For thousands of years, there has been a gate that leads to a different realm. While the gate itself was called the Demon Gate, the realm had various names, but the most used of them all was Hell. It remained closed for eternity until recently.
Now, in modern times, demons in Hell wish to conquer Earth and other planets and realms, so most teamed up and with the magic of seven soul orbs, opened up the gate and started attacking Earth. Angels from a higher realm noticed the outbreak of demons and summoned creatures from other realms, mostly supernaturals. These supernaturals and other species role were to stop the demons, but some have teamed up with the demons or became neutral.
If you're for the angels and humans, your objective is to stop the demons, find the seven soul orbs and close the gate for good.
If you're for the demons, your objective is to conquer Earth and move onto other realms.

You may also be neutral
The seven soul orbs will be found later on.
Any mythical creature is allowed, including made up ones and hybrids. You can be a human with powers as well.
