Beginning of the End {New and Accepting}

Okami watched Bryan, "O-okay then.." Such hatred for overalls had to be admired. She laughed to herself.

Kellin began testing doors. Most of them were locked so far. He set his cards in one pocket. His reflexives were 'inhumanly' fast. He was just hungry and looking for a place to stay. No need to freak out, He told himself.

Carter nodded calmly, but his grip on the knife tightened. He sat on the couch arm, straining his ears to hear anything. Merik must have heard the noise as well, because he was now sat up straight, ears perked.

Caspian stayed where he was but could see the overalls burning and Bryan's expression. He just smiled and shook his head, chuckling a little.

Bryan put out the fire when the overalls were now dust. He grinned triumphantly and said, "now I wanna go and burn all the overalls in the mall."

Jake jumped slightly when he heard the person checking doors. He covered his mouth so he would make any noises as the person continued to turn doorknobs.

Okami scooted closer to Caspian, "Should we be worried?" She muttered.

Kellin cursed under his breath. "How annoying." He thought he heard a noise and stopped. "Hello?" He said, his pink eyes flicking from door to door. His bent down slowly, tucked neatly inside his combat boots was a small pistol.

"no, well maybe a little." Caspian muttered back to Okami. "Bryan, you only got tangled in the one pair. Do you seriously feel the need to burn all of them because of that?" he said with a smile.

Okami laughed. She remained quiet. Her hands remained in her pockets. I really need to find a better outfit. She knew running around in a dress wasn't the best thing.

Bryan blinked as he thought about it. "Nah, probably not. Why make the whole race suffer if it was just that one pairbthat tried to assassinate me?"

Okami laughed, "Okay, but um. Can we focus on food?" She said softly, "Because I'm a bit hungry."
