It doesn't matter who you were. What you were. Because now, you're a student of Rimweld Academy, touted as a "School for the Gifted", brochures full of smiling students and nurturing teachers.

That's all a lie, of course.

The world is full of mysteries.
People who cross the line of animals... Monsters that feast on blood...
And how you ended up at Rimweld.

It could have been because of a scholarship. Because of a lottery. Because it was the only school that took things of your kind. Or maybe your parents just didn't care.

No matter how it happened, you are now a student of Rimweld Academy, and there's no escape.
This place is more of a prison than an academy... The "teachers" are few and far between, only around to issue punishments, though the facilities are reminiscent of a rich private school.

You can see far outside the grounds-- a large, lush forest, something out of a travel brochure... but no matter how hard you try, you can't step even one foot outside.
Phones, letters, computers... There's no way to contact the outside world.
