The young vampire followed the scent of blood. She saw the dead deer after moments of stalking through the forest. She looked around, trying to see who killed it. She moved forward, head cocked to the side. She narrowed her eyes as she looked around. She moved closer to the deer. She knelt down and sigh softly before looking around again.

Bane

The great dragon shifter strode through the forest. His steps graceful and careful. Bane raised his head as he heard a faint growl echo through the air. Who was close to his home? He veered off the track he was following and followed the sound.
