The young red haired girl was currently wandering throughout the city, while she was royalty she didn't have any guard's with her, as her abilities allowed her to easily defend herself. There was a certain store in the trading district she wanted to check out, it was a jewelry store and she had spotted some interesting looking jewels when she walked by it the other day.

The young familiar was sitting on top of the stone gate leading to the square, she was carefully observing people as they came and went to attempt to find someone with that certain...spark. While she didn't care about finding someone to bind to for the past 100 years(since her old contractor had died), the higher up's had demanded she find someone new to bind with.

The demon strode about the commoner's district, his heterocromic eyes dancing back and forth; slicing through the crowd. The dark-haired male seemed intent on finding someone; a particular contractor whose deed had been completed. Luckily for the demon, his impressive height gave him easy reach over the mundane crowd, allowing him to see with bright clarity. Having previously taken note of the man's frequent whereabouts, A knew that he would only have to wait in for so long at one of the places before his contractor showed up. It was only right, after all, for A had done the action, gathered the data, and was now demanding retribution.

Hope left the palace and started walking towards the city. The cook had sent her to the shops with a list ,a very long one. The thing with working for a royal family is that they need a lot of stuff. Hope's first item was fruit so she headed towards her favourite fruit stall. No doubt she'd get distracted on the way as even though she had lived in this area for a long time she was still a very curious girl.

A black cat streaked past most people, trying to avoid objects being thrown at him. Not far behind, an irrationally angry man would be discovered to be the source of yelling, as well as the objects being thrown. The cat ducked around the corner and seemed to disappear. Once danger had passed Gale left his "hiding spot in human form and sighed. Another day, another dance, he thought.

Quite some many years ago now, if someone had told Yuriko that she would die, come back as a ghost, and finally become a chef, she would have laughed in their face. However, As Yuriko sliced up carrots and lettuce, that was pretty much her life--no, death's story. For quite some time all she ever wanted to do was cook in a restaurant. Even if it was part time to balance out her activities with the shadow walkers, she was finally living her life's dream. Although, she'd probably drop it in a heart beat if she was needed by her comrades.

Leaning up against a wooden pole, A settled in for what he assumed would be a long wait. After all, he had no way to correctly determine when his contact would show, just that the man came daily. To draw less attention to his unusual features, the demon replaced the eyepatch that often cover his right eye. After all, he was must recognizable by the colour of his irises. That done, A started his new game of patience.

Hope reached the fruit stall and bought the fruit needed; oranges, blackberries, apples, pineapples etc. She paid and headed to the next place :the butchers. She arrived there and bought the meat before heading next door to buy fish. Hope personally hated to eat fish having being friends with many when she was younger. She turned green at all the dead fish lined in a row.
